I decided to check out this new restaurant after reading the excellent reviews. I was undecided between pho and bbh. I chose the latter because I have a craving for 🐖 blood. There was only 1 piece of it, whereas there were more pieces in the same dish made by Nam Giao. Overall, it tastes excellent and authentic. I can taste the subtle lemon grass shavings. The soup was so tasty, and there's no MSG. Absolutely love it! Paid $17. Will come back to support this business. ✌️ Came back a second time to check out the pho. There's no MSG in the soup, and the ingredients were of good quality. I ordered a side dish of Chinese donuts, and the portion was pitilessly small, so I wouldn't recommend that. Paid $19 in total. Came back a 3rd time to try the pork and prawn noodle soup. It is similar in taste to the Cambodian noodle soup. I love the servings of pork lard. No pig's blood in this...
Read morePhở Nhớ is a Vietnamese Authentic restaurant that I really love. I often order takeaway through Uber Eats to my workplace, and every dish here is delicious. In the Springvale area, I particularly enjoy the cơm tấm; the grilled pork chop is tender, perfectly seasoned, and not at all dry, while the egg is fried sunny side-up. The fish sauce is also excellent, combined with crispy pork cracklings, it enhances the harmony of the dish. The free range chicken pho comes with plenty of toppings. If you visit the restaurant, be sure to try the stone bowl pho, which stays hot for a long time; it’s a delightful experience. They also prepare a variety of seasonings with notes for each one, which is very thoughtful. The prices are slightly higher than average, but it's definitely worth it. The staff are friendly and cheerful. This is definitely a place...
Read more⭐️2 but + 1 because the lady owner is really nice.
So I was searching for baby clams rice & mi quang and I saw this restaurant on facebook. My first impression was good because there were different chilli types for each dishes, which is kinda stand out with other restaurants and made me hope that something authentic would come up. However, mi quang was nothing related to what I ate in Da Nang 🥲 baby clams rice was a bit better but still different. Yes I can understand that its hard to get baby clams soup since we aint have any fresh clams in Aus but other ingredients were either missing or not correctly cooked. Dont get me wrong, this isnt a bad place if you are new to Viet cuisine and want a safe start. But if you were Viet and looking for aunthentic then dont...
