KFC Deer Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

I drove to KFC Deer Park to order food for my child. When the staff finished withdrawing money from me, I went to get the food. The staff told me to park and wait 15 minutes. I waited 20 minutes. I didn't see the staff deliver the food to me. I just went into the store. I asked him, "So you told me to wait 15 minutes, where is my food?" He asked, "What food?" What did you order? I said I ordered a 3 piece box, the staff told me I didn't order that item, I had to show the staff that I just withdrew the money from them, the number was $16.95, all the staff members were resentful and unhappy, then they gave me a box of food and placed it in front of me, without saying anything, I asked where the water was, the staff member said I ordered no water, I come here every day to order, why did you say there was no water, the staff member angrily gave me a bottle of soda, I saw an irresponsible workplace, I felt very upset, I hope they can arrange for the staff to work responsibly towards the customers, the reason I come to this store every day to buy something, it's near my house, why are they hiring uneducated people to...

Discussed , no clean tables had to ask staff member to clean one for myself my husband , son and 3 grandchildren, I was watching as a staff member tipped our cold chips ( 5 boxes ) back in were all the other chips were on the kitchen side ( but I said nothing ) i also had to take the back, the chicken it was also cold and the wicked wings were that stale the coating fell of as soon as we picked them up ,they also forgot our drinks … the dining area floors were disgusting the guy who wiped down our table just wiped it onto the floor 🤢🤮 the staff really need to be trained how to treat customers and especially how to cook and clean ..yes they were all young staff members but that’s no excuse for the disgusting way they cook food or never clean the tables and floors if it was one of there family members getting service from them I wonder if they would get the same treatment… very disgusted...

I have to say one of the most dirtiest kfc I have ever visited , there was no customers in the RESTURANT but every table was super dirty with food all over the floor , found a dirty sock in the middle of floor where you stand to order , staff I have to say kfc should really train their staff not very nice staff , I think the highlight of the visit was when i entered the men’s bathroom that was completely horrible it stunk toilet paper everywhere and the walls were dirty so I would say it’s not been cleaned for a long time

If this is the quality of cleanliness they follow I wonder what the KICTHEN inside would be like
