Proper Pizza Burnside — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ordered 15 Pizza's. I must say they have reasonably good Pizza's. The chips are even better - It was all picked up so it was nice and hot. Down side is it's run by Indians.(don't get me wrong here) The staff are overseas students who are not proficient in English. That's why orders are taken wrong and bad communication at counter too. The skinny girl at the counter thinks she's in a fashion parade who walks around bossing the employees with her open hair and extra long finger nails around the kitchen and where pizza's are being made? even the employees don't wear a Hair net. Surely they are not aware about the Food Safety guidelines of Australia. They are just making an earning. I was going to point that open hair are not allowed, But they are who they are. They will keep doing it unless a safety inspector doesn't fine them big time. So not going back until they improve food...

Call before you do anything !! Placed order online for delivery, got canceled, no driver. Understandable. Placed the order online again and changed the option to "Pick up" and paid for order online. Order got canceled because some of the items weren't in stock?, now have to wait 3-5 days to get a refund. Moral or the story, call before you do anything. I'm really annoyed that, if the $50 worth of food I was to order was what I had budgeted for that even to feed the family, then, well, bad luck, got to wait 3-5 days to see that again. It's more unfortunate that for a business, there was no call to ask if I would like an alternative option on the menu, because I would have went with another menu option. Lost a customer before...

Ordered a pizza and parmigiana with chips to be delivered, was told it will be 30 minutes. 1 hour later still no delivery so we called them and no 1 knew anything about our order, after 10 minutes on the phone getting passed from one worker to another, they finally found it and said it will be there in 10 minutes. It arrived 30 minutes later, so 1 hour and 40 minutes it took. Opened up the food to eat and was disappointed as it was very cold, the parmigiana was like cardboard the chips were cold oil sticks. The new owners have trouble taking orders and can’t make a pizza to save their life. We have been customers for a long time but since new management it has been nothing but disappointment. Time to look for new pizza...
