Made my order, got it and drove home.. I had ordered $28.85 of food which included a plain gravy. When I got home what was suppose to be plain gravy wasn't, it was potato and gravy and it had spilt all thru the bag and all over the food. I ring the store and speak with Shea who argued black and blue that what I was physically looking at, wasn't a potato and gravy.. She packed it herself and it is definitely plain gravy.. I said no it's not, there is no gravy left in it and it has potato in it.. Again she argues that it's not potato and gravy, so bacsically telling me I was lying to her.. So I get in my car in Belgrave Heights and drive all the way back to Ferntree Gully to prove I wasn't lying.. The second I walked in the door she admitted that one of the trainees made a mistake and packaged the containers wrong.. Now had she bothered to go have a look at one of the containers while I was on the phone, she would have noticed and realised what had happen.. That would have saved me a drive back down to the store to prove that I was lying.. Then when I asked for the store owners number she refused to give it to me. I said beat use you know you will get into trouble.. She stood there with a smug look on her face saying "No I won't" pretty much laughing at me while saying it.. So I called her a name which I shouldn't have but I guess she is lucky that's all I did.. I will never never never go back this store every again.. To accuse your customer of lying when all she had to do was actually go check the containers, problem would have been solved.. I think that fact that the rest of the staff would also laughing their heads off while I was back in the store I also just as pathetic as your manager...

You order quite a few items the total value was $57 although it takes them 10 minutes to organise they still forget items what's even worse is you ask the young kids is everything there and they say yeaaahhhhhhh. While on the way home you have a hunch that somethings not right and ofcourse they forget 3 large chips so you have to drive back and get them again. The management then pretend liked they called you to have a chat about the issue fail to leave you a voicemail then send you a copy and paste template response saying we tried to call you.
