I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at the KFC particularly during the afternoon service.

During my visit, I encountered significant delays in service at the front counter. Despite a lack of customers, the pace was noticeably slow, which left me feeling somewhat overlooked. I noticed that the staff seemed predominantly focused on the drive-through operations, which may have contributed to the lack of attention towards those of us dining in. This imbalance resulted in a frustrating wait time, and I felt that my needs as a customer were not prioritized.

Additionally, I observed the condition of the chips served to me. Unfortunately, they appeared unappetizing and did not meet the standard I expected from KFC. I must emphasize that presentation and quality are crucial in the fast-food industry, especially when building customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Despite my attempts to get the attention of the manager on duty to address these issues, I found it challenging to do so. The apparent lack of urgency in managing the front counter operations was concerning. As a loyal customer who appreciates KFC’s offerings, I was disappointed by this experience, which did not reflect the quality and service I have come to know and value.

I’ve loved KFC for years & have always been satisfied after every meal. KFC Mornington rarely disappoints & tonight it did, for not only for me but my partner as well. We decided to get a family box as we were starving, mind you they were NOT busy inside nor through the drive thru, and usually the meals are always 100% but tonight they were not. Unfortunately tonight we were extremely disappointed with our orders. Both wraps didn’t look satisfying, it just looked like whoever made it just chucked whatever in, and they were both wrapped in the wrong wrappings. Burgers were not hot, and again, it looked like they just chucked everything in and once again, wrapped it in the wrong wrappings. Of course if it says BLT wrap you’d think it’ll be the BLT, but it wasn’t. Chips were cold, unsalted & soggy ( which for me were the worst part as I’ve always graded KFC’s chips as number 1 on my list ). After just having a few bites out of those meals we didn’t even bother to finish them nor the rest. I don’t normally review but this one was a MASSIVE disappointment.
