Supreme Leader Mornington — Restaurant in Melbourne

Usually a nice meal but this time Chips were missing, not sure if it was the Uber delivery person or the restaurants fault, and last time chicken was hard and stringy.. got a free sml chips today because ordered over $30. And chips were only half a sml container full and as I said,the other chips were missing. Tried calling the restaurant and it says the number is disconnected.. Complained thru Uber eats but that doesn't help me now when iv just ordered dinner and 3kids have to share a half a small box of chips with there cpl of bits of chicken.
