Zambrero Mornington — Restaurant in Melbourne

I am very disappointed with Zambrero at the moment. This restaurant is my favourite place and my go-to. Yesterday I ordered a Regular nachos with sour cream, guacamole and onion which were not on there. The nachos were also a small when I ordered a Regular. Along with that I ordered a Regular Burrito bowl with extra chipotle sauce and extra rice which I paid for but those requests were NOT fulfilled. The bowl was extremely under filled. I ordered on DoorDash which I know Zambrero doesn’t have control over but the driver took over an hour after estimated time arrival and was quiet rude when I rang to track my order he hung up on me! Aside from this complaint I do like Zambrero but they could definitely benefit from analysing customers orders more carefully. I am very disappointed with the service. I ordered a BIG nachos. The worker then pulled out what I believe is a regular box of nachos as it was smaller then what a big nachos looks like at other Zambrero’s, but I did not say anything as I thought she may just fill it up a lot. When I got to the registers, the worker asked me, “did you order a big or regular”, as if to determine what she should enter into the register. I said I ordered a BIG nachos, anticipating her to say she accidentally made a regular nachos, which would have been okay if that’s what I was charged for. Terrible service! 2 hours waiting for our door to be delivered. I rang after an hour and a half to be told. It's out for delivery just give it another 10 minutes... call back 15 minutes later to be told it's just gone out the door now for delivery.. I don't take kindly to lying to the customer! It's been 2 hours now and I still havnt received my food as I'm writing this.

To update! It is now 2 and a half hours past ordering. I have contact menu log for a refund who had called the store. They will not refund as the store says it's on the way.. store has closed!!!!! And menu log refuses to refund and they use their own drivers and they can not track delivery. They have stolen my money and not...
