KFC Werribee — Restaurant in Melbourne

If you around werribee. Come to this restaurant. It is located in the heart of werribee cente watton street. You will find parking and lots of space to dine out. The place is kids friendly and disability friendly. The kids feel comfortable and happy. We have been there 7 times and out of that 6 times have been the best experience. We ordering the same $27.95 meal. I love that we can swap the sides we want. I came to know when I went online.

29 December. 4.43pmWell cooked as we had in NT stores. Everything cook to perfection. Only nuggets that hot as we liked. But my son loved it 31 decemeber 12 -1pm. It was nice and gave what it should have. The original chicken was juicy and crispy. 1 January 6pm yummy 3th Jan 12-1pm yummy

4th jan about 4pm. Quality wasn't good at all. Order the value feast and they gave 2 smalldrumstick, chicken wing and small breast chicken. The tenders were broken and overcooked also. They were overcooked and cold. It felt like they were giving left over. The nuggets were cold also. My son said no more kfc and yuck taste. He ate few and then left. They did return the drumstick and gave breast piece. The original were not cooked inside. Staff got annoyed and said this is what you get and I told her I have been having kfc for ages and never got served like what you have given. She went to the supervisor and she seems annoyed and explain what happen . She threw the drumstick and served breast chicken which was cold. One thing thinking waste of food and quality check on products should be done before serving to customer . Train the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

5th Jan 12-2pm excellent today I asked the teamm to cook the nuggets to order. Omg the nuggets taste so good. First time I have asked this request. It was hot juicy and crispy. I was happy that none of the nuggets coating came off. My son wants nuggets to look like nuggets and if it is peeled off he would not take. Even the tenders were cooked with the cooking been golden brown and all pieces intact. The original chicken golden coating and the chicken cooked with juicy taste and were hot. Finally we found our taste. The original chicken had drumstick breast chicken and the one which is bigger than breadt chicken and chicken wings. I don't know what piece they are called. Thanks team for cooking to order and keeping the quality of KFC meal.

The best time to go there is 11am-2pm. Attach is some of our moments at this place .

Wow. Rip-offs. Ordered 2 x 12 pieces chicken as a top up for dinner for unexpected guests, and went to pick it up. Was given 1 bag and I walked out expecting it would be all right. Got home to find only 1 x 12 pieces box in there. Called the store and after listening to my complaint, they hung up. Called again multiple times and they wouldn't answer. Drove to the store and the server said it was my fault, I didn't check the whole order was there. Manager comes over at this point and asks what I want. I said I want my full order and the cold chicken replaced with fresh as it wouldn't have been cold if they hadn't given me an incomplete order. They agreed to replace, and just because I had told them I had guests at home waiting for dinner, they delayed my order as much as they could. Tons of people came in and collected their orders and finally after 30 minutes of waiting I got my order. I checked it and the box at the bottom of the bag was the same one I gave them before with the cold chicken. Was too tired by that time to argue. Got home and served microwaved chicken to our guests more than 1 hour later than expected. It was very embarrassing. When I contacted KFC to complain, I was told they will contact me back after speaking with the store. Still waiting on that phone call / email 3 months later. I'm never...

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I've been in several times, and each time has been a disaster. First time took over 15 minutes for a simple mixed feast box. Second time took a similar amount of time for the same item, but when I got home I realised they had forgotten the chips (however, that's on me for not checking when they handed me the bag). The third and final time I will be visiting here was tonight, and it took the cake. 28 minute wait for a mixed feast box, after being told when I ordered that it was just a 5 minute wait for OR chicken. I agreed to wait because what's 5 minutes in the grand scheme of things? WELL. I sat and I waited. And I waited. And I waited some more. Took my kid to the toilet. Came back out and waited a bit longer. Watched as multiple people came in after us, ordered and left with their big boxes of chicken. Waited. Went up to the counter and asked how much longer it would be, as by this point I had been waiting for 20 minutes. Was told now it was a 5 minute wait on tenders. Sat down and waited a bit longer. FINALLY had our number called. Nearly 30 minutes after walking into this hell-hole, I was out. Snuck a chip on the way home and it wasn't even hot.
