Koffi Bar – My Go-To Spot in the City

Tucked into the lobby of a building right on the corner of Queen Street and Flinders Lane, Koffi Bar is hands down my go-to coffee spot in the city. It’s close to work and has become my default for everything from a pre-work caffeine hit to coffee catch ups and casual work meetings.

The space strikes a great balance, cosy and welcoming but still open and full of natural light. There’s plenty of seating, whether you’re after a table for a quick meeting or want to relax on a couch. It’s easy to settle in and feel comfortable, especially if you're meeting someone or needing a spot to think through the day ahead.

But what really makes Koffi Bar stand out is the coffee. It’s consistently delicious, and that’s the number one reason I keep going back. The second reason? The team. The staff are genuinely friendly and always welcoming, and the fact they remember my name is a small touch that goes a long way.

In the midst of the concrete jungle of the city, the Koffi Bar stands out as a place of peace and style. Great spot for informal work meetings, or a few moments of respite from my usual hectic work day.

A spacious environment with high ceilings and is less enclosed than so many other cafes in town. Modern and classy setting with a down to earth atmosphere. The service is friendly and efficient.. which is fantastic with a limited time for a work lunch or a quick morning coffee break.

My coffee is always on point, and the cafe owner Mark and his team are engaged with their customers - i don’t even have to order my coffee, but rather just a quick nod to the always bright and friendly “the usual?”
