I ordered number 55:- chicken curry and was given 54, chicken katsu. When I returned to tell them they’d made a mistake, they refused to correct it, after getting payment upfront. I refuse to eat something I didn’t order and I refuse to pay them again for something I’ve already paid for. Waited 45 minutes for our order, while all the Uber Eats orders were flying out the door. They prioritise Uber Eats with no regard for customers eating in. Got it after 45 minutes and it was wrong. And do you think they cared? Couldn’t give a toss. More often than not, I regret my decision. The sashimi does not taste fresh. The rice is too tightly packed in the nigiris and lacking in rice seasoning. On 2 separate occasions, I found bones in my sashimi. I recently also found fish scales stuck to the sashimi which is rather off-putting and makes me question how the food is cleaned and handled.

I had Sukiyaki Beef, it was stir fried beef with undercooked onion, lots of julienne carrot, chilli and some thick non Japanese tasting soy sauce a very far cry from sukiyakidon.
