0 stars actually Walked in with my wife, ordered 2 coffees (one almond milk and one normal milk) and donuts. Was given the donuts right away and went to the table waiting for the coffee. Waited and waited, nothing. No one at the coffee machine. Place was not busy so I would have excused them. I went to the counter and asked the girl who served me how long it will take to get our coffee. She said Ahh sorry. She totally forgot about it even though she only served one person after us so was quiet. I said no problem at all. She made the coffee and I went to get it. She put the 2 cups (same size) on the counter and looked at me and looked at the cups then she was hesitant and pointed to one cup and said this is the almond milk one.

I was like that's too much. Then had to taste both to make sure which is which as my wife can't have cow milk.

To add insult to injury, coffee was awful, both of them. I ordered mine extra hot but it was like warm.

Donuts had bad taste from the oil.

No problems at all with the doughnuts. Service on the other hand is a frustrating experience. Quite often the tables have crumbs and spilt coffee on them. Communication is consistently unclear which means your order is often messed up. Rules seem to be made up on the spot and tend to change depending on the person regarding prices and deals. I have had four different versions and pricing of the same products from this place. When we ordered and paid for hot doughnuts while the light was on, we got ones straight out of the fridge. The explanation was that when the light is on, you can get ones from the fridge. Um. I think think that defeats the purpose of the light. Would have been nicer when we placed the order just to be told what we wanted wasn't available and save us the hassle of getting something we didn't order. Or maybe turn the light off to avoid...

very rude not proffesional i have asked for an ice coffee it was full of syrup i do have a diabetes and i cannot drink any coffee with sugars i have asked them to change it but they said they can't they were 2 managers next to each other .first manager was going to refund me then the second manager next to her said you don't need too don't refund her. they not proffesional i have been a manager in hospitality for a long time and we always say customer always right very rude place with very rude worker.i have called on phone to speak to the store manager and complain the manager answered me and she lied to me saying im the store manager i told her you are not the store manager she said then ah shes not in .thats horrible manager is liying and treating customer with no respect unprofessional manager!!!!!!!! bad bad bad bad serviceeeee...
