Service was exceptional, however food/food production was disappointing. Ordered two chicken HSP’s with sweet chilli sauce and garlic sauce, received two chicken HSP’s with hot chilli sauce and garlic sauce. Easy mistake. Partner settled for his but very kindly swapped mine over. Received my new HSP with sweet chilli sauce, but this time it was mixed with coleslaw?? I thought I was going crazy but the coleslaw was definitely in there. I do understand that food can sometimes get mixed together in a busy environment but we found coleslaw throughout the entire HSP. Ended up throwing it out after taking two bites. Have taken photos just in case. Waste of $12.50. Friendly staff greeted us took our order promptly. We ate our food in store. Decent enough music playing, the shop itself was very clean but the table definitely needed a wipe down. Chicken and chips are always cooked to perfection every single time. My partner and I order through the Uber eats app quite frequently and we get the tastiest chicken and chips every time. Always get more then what we pay for and they have the best prices around, everywhere else overcharges!
