I was !! A costumer for years but unfortunately I never put my foot inside that place again!! I totally understand that you could be under pressure for your job but the guy that I think is the manager because heās there for many years for the 2 times he gave me a rude welcoming againā¦. I just step inside the door he didnāt say even good morning but in a rude manner for coffee e cappuccino you have to wait 30 minutes and he turn aroundā¦. This morning I was there a 6:57 am and I know they open at 7:00 am He was outside set up all the table he told me straight away you have to wait 10 minutes obviously in a rude manner I just said donāt worry take your time I will come back later. at nearly 7:10 when I went in front of door and was lockedā¦. again he just snapped and again to me I told you 10 minutes I didnāt say anything I just left. I have to tell all the pastry in that place they are amazing but the owner I think he has to review all his employee or in this way I think they going to burn the businessā¦. In eight years I saw too many people left that place and with some of them I became a friend and in one way or the other I understood that one of the main reason was because they had to deal with that personā¦. Till the man is there Iāll give my money to someone elseā¦. Good luck...

The waiters could really benefit from some serious training to improve their English language skills and product knowledge. I was there this afternoon trying to get some help ordering, asking about a cake that looked like some sort of mousse with a mango-colour coating. The first waiter told me it was mango mousse but he was uncertain, following by a female waitress named āYuanā who could not fathom what I was asking when I said the description of the cake does not mention any ingredient that involves mango. She was then rather rude and reluctant to try to explain what it was. I was brushed off with a muffling āIt is like that.ā I figured out later that it was actually a creme brĆ»lĆ©e coat and it has got nothing to do with mango. In this case it was not too much of a big deal but what if it is a guest with allergies?

Coffee was delivered, but not my cafe eclair, waited for 10 minutes and my coffee was getting cold, no sign of any staff and couldnāt get their attention. I picked up my dog and went into the cafe to ask where my eclair was. Immediately was told to take my dog out and use the QR code, I said nicely, I did but I havenāt received my eclair, the French waiter waved his hand at me and told me to leave immediately, no , sorry , Iāll get onto that immediately, just a dismissal wave of his hand to get out. The eclair was brought out and dumped onto my table by another waiter. No, sorry about that, nothing. Iām five star hotel trained and I worked in the hospitality industry for 40 years, I know itās difficult to get staff, but they can destroy your business very quickly.
