Blatant Racial Discrimination at the door! My friend and I arrived at the venue around 9:30 PM with express entry tickets already purchased. We were calmly waiting in the queue for a girl who was going to join us after work at 10. Out of nowhere, the security pulled us out of the line and refused entry — without any explanation, despite me asking politely. We asked repeatedly for a reason, but no one had the decency to give one. One of the guards, who seemed like the only decent human there, quietly said, “Just accept it and move on bro, it is what it is.” That said everything. When the girl arrived, she was shocked to hear what had happened. We took photos of the security who refused us entry (attached) and left. It’s 2025 — this kind of behaviour shouldn’t exist anywhere, let alone in Melbourne. I’m a permanent resident who’s lived here for almost 10 years, and it’s absolutely appalling that this sort of discrimination still exists. If management actually cares about inclusion and fairness, they need to take a hard look at how their door staff are treating people.

⭐ 0/5 — Deeply Disappointed Experience I wish I could give zero stars. We were denied entry simply for not being white. The bouncer subtly apologized, clearly uncomfortable, but still refused us entry. What made it worse — it was my birthday (04th October), and I had an official booking under my name with their birthday package offer. Instead of celebrating, I faced humiliation at the door. Thankfully, we walked down the street and entered another nearby club — and that night turned out to be one of the best birthdays of my life. It’s sad to see racial discrimination still exists in Melbourne nightlife. I hope no one else has to go through the same experience. Discrimination has no place in hospitality. I strongly believe that even if management responds to this review or not, they know EXACTLY what they’re doing. Be aware, everyone.

False advertising about birthday package! I needed someone to help. Noone to help on messenger, FB page, email and website. It's not worth harder than I did. You get nothing!

We had booked prior to arrival the birthday package for my close friend as a surprise gift. They advertise this as a deal that commences from 9:30pm and finishes at 11pm. We arrived well before 11, approximately 30 minutes before but did not anticipate the line to be over a half an hour wait. Once finally making it to the two ladies front, we stated the issue and how we arrived in the line at 10:30 pm - mind you, it’s a speed line as VIP access ( so we didn’t expect it to be a 30 minute wait). My friend tried to speak up for us and inform the girls on the situation, however, the girls snapped back and said we were being rude ( despite just trying to solve the issue ). The girls weee ignorant and spoke over us. They didn’t even listen and snapped at my friend who tried to stand up for us. Felt like they were slightly irritable and confrontational. Not a great experience at all and extremely dissatisfied/ disappointed. Not returning if that is the door service. Definitely didn’t make me feel safe and ruined my...

I came down from Sydney with my girl friends last week and thought to spend our last night partying. We bought tickets and lined up on the otherside but we werent even let in before everyone else. My friends and I hadn't made it inside the doors before some guys decided to catcall us and sexualised us, INFRONT of the security guards. These useless security guys arent even doing their jobs. It was meant to be RnB night upstairs but tell me why they were playing tiktok tracks 💀💀 we came pretty late too so we wouldnt miss out. The vibes SUCKED. genuinely it was like being in a cesspool of guys who only wanted to prey on girls to take home and have sex with. Thats what all the guys are there for. Guys were pushing and shoving and getting in my friend's and I's personal spaces just to talk to us because no one else will.

If you're coming from a different city, avoid this club altogether. Go to fitzroy because we had a more genuine fun time dancing. Nobody in this club dances. Boring as hell. We left...
