Lime N Chilli Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Melbourne

BEWARE! This restaurant is so unhygienic! They gave my order to the wrong customer and they told me they were remaking it. After waiting for 15 minutes, the person returned to collect their correct order and the restaurant tried to give me the original order after it had been taken home by someone else! I had to create a scene for them to remake my order. This makes me question their hygiene since they refused to re make it for me! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!

In reply to your comment- I had to ask you multiple times not to take the returned order back to the kitchen because you kept telling me there was nothing wrong with it despite a customer having taken it home, so I assumed you would just repack it and give it back to me. There was definitely no miscommunication on my end. Please be more considerate on your customers and hygiene before trying to save money by not remaking a customers...

Wonderful little restaurant with great Thai food. Patrons of this hidden gem have a large carpark of this local shopping strip to themselves! And it was booked out on a weekday. Service was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and well organised. I had a comfortable seat despite sitting at a long table next to a wall so if I needed to get up it would be inconvenient. Ordered a chicken dish and beef dish but when they arrived it was ALL undercooked vegetables, practically raw and when we did find the sad pieces of random meat, it was dry, beef was dry AND chewy, I couldn’t believe what we were served. We’ve eaten at Thai restaurants many times here in Melbourne and Sydney and thought we would give this place a go, WOW were we disappointed and sorry we wasted our time and palates.
