Last night I picked up our phone order. When I got home my wife said they didn’t complete the order properly. When I checked the receipt my wife was right. The didn’t make the toastie up. Anyways I went up there to get my breakfast this morning. I mentioned this to the young lady behind the counter. As she was the one who served me last night. She was very apologetic. As they were run off there feet last night( everyone fogeys things) we are only human. They then asked me if they can make that toastie up. I was pleasantly surprised at that offer. A rare tick in the Subway experience. Do yourself a favour and go to the bakery... buy a roll such as a pane de case roll or perhaps a Kaiser roll dusted with a bakers flour, or maybe Then fo to a deli, buy whatever your heart desires. Me, I purchase Serrano ham, very thinly sliced, tomato, avocado, cucumber, baby spinach leaves, lightly spiced tomato relish. I place the fillings inside my roll. I walked in and when we made eye contact I said hi and the name of the order I was collecting when it was ready. You then abruptly and rudely told me you were serving someone. We say that so we can then step to the side and out of the way of your queueing customers. To other subway outlets this has always been acceptable and I have not received rude responses from them.
I have not been contacted by anyone. Could you ban someone for eye rolling in your store? I think this shows who we are dealing...
