Tried Reds after a long time, thinking of my memories of it I decided to give them a go. After all lots of good reviews on YouTube about Reds lately. Bought a deal and a few extras. The whole chicken was overcooked and their was no moisture in the thigh. How long was it sitting there. Surely there is a time setting and specialised equipment that allows staff to see when the chicken is cooked? Do the ovens have steam circulation? Does the temperature vary depending on where the chicken is?Are the ovens good enough? Do they know also that temperatures go up inside the chicken once you take it out from roasting? So many questions. I suggest Reds , get it right or give it up. Just look at the reviews here on Reds roasts, easy, most 90% claim it's overcooked. The potato and gravy was very runny too, I would say 60% potato and 40% gravy. I am being generous aswell in this I think. The wrap was ok, but $11.95 was a little steep for a strip of chicken and some salad. It wouldn't feed a grown up, not even with the combo. On the bright side, the chips were good as well as the potato wedges. The corn was excellent and sweet, still hot in the foil. Won't be ordering their roast ever again, sorry Reds. Why do they overcook it till it's so dry? Even the stuffing was a blob, couldn't even cut it with a fork. Good luck Reds, maybe time to drop your roasts? If your going to compete with others I would suggest you get a few more wraps in your menu and revisit your pricing. Maybe go to Woolworths and see how juicy their roast chickens are. Read moreSeveral bad experiences back to back with them and not only the food issue but also the staff behaviour too, I have complained about the food issues a few times but they don't care to be honest. I won't come back again for sure .
