I don't what's happened to your business but you haven't delivered my order from the 28/09/24.

I've tried calling multiple times but no one is picking up. Are you guys even open anymore?

I've made a refund request with PayPal but would prefer to eat your Pizza...

Please call me back ASAP.

EDIT: Got through to them. They delivered my order on Saturday night, around a month later.

EDIT 23/04/25: However, you should not pressure/guilt trip customers to give you favourable reviews over sms. The fact of the matter is that you guys messed up with implementing a poor tracking system for orders made on your website. It's ridiculous that I had to wait around a month for a response.

I appreciate you guys for finally rectifying my order, but my time was still wasted, and you couldn't actually admit fault on your end to what I can gather is a result of your stubbornness. I hate to say it, but the owner (Lina?) needs a reality check. If you had come forward with a genuine apology, I would have updated the overall review to 4 or even 5 Stars. As it stands currently, I'm firm on 3 Stars. It's not a personal vendetta, it's simply a reflection on...

I made a pick up order I went home to my young daughter with the pizza without inspecting it. It was the wrong pizza altogether. It had ingredients like chilli and mushrooms which weren’t on the American I ordered. I rang to notify the restaurant and they said to come back. I said that they should deliver the pizza as I couldn’t get my daughter out of bed to go and get it. They said sure and said give the other pizza back. I did so. Only to find that the person who picked it up left the open box on my porch for all sorts of creatures to get! Appalling attitude and service. When I rang to ask what happened the lady who said she was the manager seemed to think that it was acceptable.i will be advising all of my neighbours and friends in the area to...

Came to Lina’s through Too Good To Go app. The concept is you get $30 worth of food discounted to $10, to reduce food wastage and so that they can get rid of excess food that may have been wasted at the end of the evening. When I collected the box it was the smallest pizza box they had, and it included 3 slices (half the small pizza). When I questioned the manager on how that equated to the advertised $30 value, she said that’s what they do and they have lots of customers coming for it. It appears to me that either they’re new to the app and don’t understand its ethos, or they don’t care to uphold it. Have noticed tonight their reviews on the app have been down to a 1.5 star to reflect the little value in their...

I looked forward to visiting this restaurant due to some great reviews. The ease of ordering via phone was great and the staff were friendly and great. However I ordered a small aussie pizza + pineapple and a carbonara for $39. Very unusual price for the serving I got that is pictured. I then received a message informing me that the price was a mistake and i've been offered a credit for my return, Very happy with this service. Also upon ordering I was not told that egg was optional for an Aussie pizza. would be great if it was a question on the phone when ordering, just some healthy feedback! Lina's is definitely worth a visit as the pizza and pasta were a delicious combo. I'll be back. 4.5 Stars for Service and Quality.

Drove past this place many times and wondered what it would be like as it looked good. The Hawaiian pizza lacked pineapple, which is ironic considering the number of pineapple boxes stacked in the store. The other pizza was to have salami, but again lacking and must have been on a plane to Sydney to see the Matilda play against the English. The garlic pizza would have been excellent but it had dried out by the time I got it home. I think if they were not thin crust it would have travelled better. I think it needs to be close to home so that it can be eaten fresh and that has biased the review to some extent.
