Upon entering Morrisons, you'll be enthralled by its sophisticated and moody vibe, and soon you'll be even more captivated by the delicious food and drinks.
My friend and I had a lovely lunch here, starting off with a most enjoyable cup of almond latte for me, and an almond flat white do her. We followed this with two incredibly refreshing juices - Green Detox and Tropical Sunshine.
We shared the Paleo Nola, Broccoli Corn Fritters and Buddha Bowl. The yoghurt base of the Paleo Nola really made the dish, giving it not only a smooth and creamy texture to contrast the crunchy granola, but also a tangy flavour. Read moreAn absolute gem with a niche in their food offering - with Colombian/Latin American flair. Very friendly service and VERY reasonably priced.
We were worried that food will take long to serve as had to head back after lunch for meeting. To our delight, it was pretty quick.
We’ll be heading back soon for sure!
What we had: pulled pork quinoa salad bowl - DIVINE! The pork is cooked to perfection - soft yet crisp and very tasty. The salad leaves coated with a refreshing dressing. Overall bowl is substantial with lots of quinoa, black beans, corn, avocado. Southern chicken burger - a good burger. What draws this burger apart from others is its dressing! 👌 Chicken arepa - I didn’t try this but my friend who had it is Colombian and she is legit VERY HAPPY Matcha smoothie - it’s so good that I pretty much down...

It seems the establishment had tried to revive a refrigerated croissant by the use of heat (a practice engaged in by unscrupulous café managers that I have encountered before), in spite of my request for an unheated item. For this order I paid $9. I might as well have bought a good quality croissant from Leos up the road at Kew Junction, supplemented the same with a long black from the 7 Eleven at the intersection of Barker and Glenferrie (for the combined cost of $2.80) and had the same whilst seated in my car, as per the full lock...
