I recently had the pleasure of dining at Little Michael's Pizzeria, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the friendly staff. Their exceptional service set the tone for a memorable evening.
Let's talk about the star of the show—the pizzas. Little Michael's Pizzeria truly knows how to craft the perfect pie. Each slice was a heavenly combination of flavors and textures that left my taste buds singing with joy. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, while maintaining a fluffy and chewy interior. The toppings were fresh and plentiful, and the sauce was a harmonious blend of tangy and savory. Whether I tried their classic Margherita or ventured into more adventurous options like their specialty BBQ chicken pizza, each bite was a revelation.
One aspect that impressed me about Little Michael's Pizzeria was their attention to detail. It was evident that they take great pride in their culinary creations. The ingredients were of the highest quality, and the presentation was impeccable. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of bubbling cheese and beautifully arranged toppings. It was clear that every dish that left the kitchen was made with care and passion.
The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family. The rustic decor, combined with the wafting aroma of freshly baked pizzas, created an atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff's attentiveness and friendly demeanor added to the overall enjoyable experience, making me feel like a valued guest throughout the evening.
In conclusion, my dining experience at Little Michael's Pizzeria was nothing short of fantastic. The staff's warmth and hospitality, combined with the extraordinary quality of their pizzas, made it a culinary adventure that I won't soon forget. If you're searching for a place where friendly service and mouthwatering pizzas come together, Little Michael's Pizzeria is the ultimate destination. Read moreWe decided to take the family out for dinner last night and travelled nearly an hour to visit this pizzeria — a place I’ve enjoyed in the past. Our booking was confirmed for 6:00 PM, and the kids were excited for some pizza.
Not long after we sat down (around five minutes), a staff member asked us to move to another table due to an overlapping booking. That wasn’t a major issue and we complied without fuss.
The food, as always, was excellent — no complaints there. However, what left us disappointed was what happened next. After about 35 minutes of dining, and almost immediately after we took our last bite, a staff member asked if we wanted dessert. At that moment, we were feeling full and said no — but given another five minutes or so, we likely would have.
Instead, moments later, another staff member approached and politely asked us to leave, explaining they had other bookings for the night. I mentioned that we had a confirmed reservation as well, but that didn’t seem to change anything. We felt rushed out, which really took away from the experience.
If we had been sitting there for over an hour, I could understand. But being asked to leave less than 40 minutes into our meal felt unfair. They did offer a discount as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated, but it would have meant more to simply be allowed to enjoy the meal without feeling pressured to vacate.
Unfortunately, despite the great food, the service experience has left me...
Read moreUndercooked top, burnt base and tiny serves. Threatened and verbally abused by the owner.
We ordered through UberEats and received what looked like microwave pizzas. The dough was mushy and undercooked, the toppings were scarce and the bases were tiny (we ordered large).
We then called Little Michael's and were told that we should not order through UberEats as the chef will deliver a lower quality product if not ordered directly through the store for pick-up or dine-in. They told us that they weren't going to do anything to rectify the issue.
So we went into the store to speak to the manager to seek a refund or replacement. We entered and were confronted immediately with verbal abuse from the owner. He yelled in our faces saying that we are not his customer, we are Uber's. He then got right up in my elderly Mother's face and started grabbing at her pizza, ripping it apart and shoving it in his face, stating that it was not undercooked.
We were then told by another staff member that we should follow their Instagram as it states that we should not order from their UberEats page (then why have one?). Seems like they are scamming their UberEats customers.
This man should not be in business if he can't handle simple feedback. He is unhinged and extremely aggressive. We will be taking this matter further and reporting it to...
