Ordered via menulog, it took them over two hours to deliver, we called the restaurant to enquire and the guy said that the food has been "ready for 1.5 hours" and blamed it on the driver who by then had enough of waiting and left the restaurant. We asked if the food that we will be getting was going to be made fresh and the guy said yes it would.
The food wasn't only freezing cold but also extremely salty and inedible. Cold lamb, cold chicken, soggy fries, warm vegetables and tough pita breads. I find it shameful and unacceptable to have waited over 2 hours and receive such poor quality food.
I couldn't care less whose fault it was that the food was late, the restaurant should never have sent out this shocking quality food.
Making people wait that long, is not a testament to how busy or good the food is, but only shows incompetence and greed. If you can't handle the number of orders stop accepting them

The smell of charcoal meat cooking, greets you way before you enter the shop. We had an open plate, souv, hsp, classic Burger and bowl of chips. The restaurantās vibrant and casual atmosphere made it a great spot for a relaxed meal with the family.
The souvlaki was well-seasoned, tender meat and fresh, flavorful ingredients wrapped in warm pita. The burger was equally impressive, boasting a juicy patty and the classic burger, blew my socks off. HSP and The open plate, was full to the brim. These guys aren't shy on quantity. OMG, THE CHIPS.. DELICIOUS.. with just the perfect amount of seasoning.
I canāt recommend them enough! All staff were friendly and accomodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit and we have been back many times since and the quality never fails.

Why they are better than your average souv/gyros shops:
the meat is grilled over real charcoal, so there is that smoky charcoal flavour. the meat is shingled. It's not some amorphous meatloaf. the souvs are generous with meat, these guys are not stingy.
IMO these guys are probably the best in Melbourne when it comes to souvs and gyros. The staff are friendly and efficient.
Downsides: beware of the wait times. All the locals know about this place and the lines can get really long, especially in summer. I have waited up to 45 minutes when this place goes crazy. It's not their fault - a small shop can't deal with so many customers, and they are insanely popular.
Downside no. 2: don't bother with the burgers, they are nothing special. IMO they should improve the burger recipe or drop it...
