The vanilla eclair is perfect: just the right amount of crisp in the casing, and creamy filling. Not too sweet - really authentic French style. Tried it a week ago and went back for another today.

Monsieur Arnaud's sourdough all-rye bread is stunning. No caraway, which can overwhelm the flavour, sufficiently salted, moist and a modest tang. Crust is firm. Wonderful with cheese.

I stopped off here in the morning on the way to work this week and grabbed a couple of tasty snacks and turned up again yesterday to sit down for breakfast. This place is fantastic! The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious! In 2 visits I've eaten 2 ham and cheese croissants, a peach Danish, almond croissant 🥐, canele, and a hummus plate with the lot and bought a baguette to take home to make a sandwich with 🥖. Needless to so I'm enjoying their food quite a lot 😂
