Be aware: You can result in being asked to LEAVE the restaurant if you request to make adjustment to the food. Me and my friend were asking about whether it is fine to eat the chicken-fish maw soup without fish maw. Because the fish maw is very hard to chew last time (They did not cook it well enough). And also tell them to make necessary adjustment to the product price. The front counter staff says the owner of the restaurant is not here. So cannot make any decision about it and refused. (There were no other customer at that time, so they are pretty free to ask the owner if they cannot make decision instead of refuse it, also there were no discussions of price at all). At first I thought okay, I should update my review because I mentioned the owner was okay with this before, I casually said to myself and my friend including the waiter in front of me I will update review and did not bothered about it while continue to order my food. 5 minutes after we have done ordering the food and waiting for food, some other guy came out from the back telling us to LEAVE because it is a "threat" to them for update the review. They were very agitated and told us we are not going to deal with any business with you in the future, you go other place to eat. We are not happy you eating here. The food we ordered is around 135 dollars (The staff reply did not consider about drink we wanted to order) , I think it is better we spend it...

The style of the restaurant is antique. Inside is not big, and it feels like a small restaurant on the street in China.

I’m here for the God of Chef's Signature Golden Soup Fish Maw Chicken Soup Base.

I chose the $68 small pot for the two of us. The ingredients are generous, half a free-range chicken plus 100g of fish maw.

The fish maw chicken soup base is very rich, drank a bowl of soup to warm your stomach before shabu-shabu.

The dipping sauce is delicious, and it goes well with wagyu beef and seafood. The small ingredients are carefully packed in small bowls, there are 6 kinds in total, including xo sauce, onion, coriander, fresh pepper🌶️ etc.

Had the special Wagyu Beef Sirloin M9+, just wanted to try the taste of the Wagyu with golden soup.

Hand-beaten shrimp is also my favourite each one is very big, it is sticky and soft.

Also ordered thin sliced fish, vegetable platter and more. Under the fish they put fresh vegetables.

Remember to have their special house made Lemon Tea, it is so refreshing...

Just saw the most recent review. It was shocking that the owner named his guest and the career of his guest publicly without consent. It was surely a beach of Privacy Act and it was pretty obvious that the owner had no legal knowledge of running a business. I wouldn’t surprise that many people were felt ripped off and been asked to pay 10% more just because of using credit card.

Two of my friends told me the same that they were asked to pay extra by using cards and they were encouraged to pay cash.

It seems like the business is dodgy and tries hard to avoid reporting the actual revenue. These people become rich by ripping off customers and the tax man. If you are thinking of going there, be prepared that your personal info is going to be released by the owner illegally. The place...
