Maloney's Pizza Pakenham — Restaurant in Melbourne

If l could rate a minus 1 rating l would. Very disappointing food to say the least. The first time l went there the worker told me they were the best pizza shop in Pakenham. On that occasion the food was also pretty average. Several months later l decided to give them a second chance so I ordered and collected 2 Spaghetti Bolognese and a Medium Garlic Pizza with Cheese. The Spaghetti Bolognese was dry and not worth eating and looked like it had been cooked the day before and just been reheated in a microwave oven when needed. The Garlic Pizza with Cheese was also not worth eating. Threw the lot out. l tried to call the shop several times to complain but the line was always busy so l gave up. l will not...

This pizza shop has changed ownership several times in the 15 years I've been ordering, and never failed to produce great pizzas very quickly.

As in each change there are occasional mess ups, but in every case the management and staff are always outstanding in making amends for a mistake.

Once again the ownership has changed and mistakes happen, however Kamal and his team do everything to make it right, if there is an issue the focus is on making it right and you satisfied with the outcome.

As aways a great treat, fast and pleasent service and cooked just the way you want it.

Give them a go and you wont go anywhere else for a quick pizza with...

I have recently visited This shop & I have to say… it definitely needs a serious look at it’s filthy floors, very dirty, even an over-flowing Uber Eats old bag hung on the wall filled with garbage, in view of customers wasn’t a nice look for me, the woman behind the counter miserably sour faced, not a nice experience, not so much as a Hello, it wasn’t a welcoming service, by any means, the pizza was ok I guess, nothing spectacular, but please people… Clean Your Shop, it’s putrid, learn proper customer service, then maybe you just might improve your google...
