Our family decided to grab a quick HSP lunch from this place and ordered a chicken HSP but when we took the food out to the park and eat, we found that it was a MIX HSP with lamb in it which we don't eat. With a hungry toddler and a lot of convincing, we decided to return the food back and get it replaced with the chicken one as our kid loves chicken. When i came back to Mazi and let the lady know that the order was wrongly made and we actually ate some of it trusting that the food was what we ordered but then one bit of meat when eaten felt different and checking closely we found it was lamb and we want the chicken one instead. The lady asked us to return the food back and I had to grab the food back from a crying toddler and return it back. And once the food was returned, I was asked again if I want it replaced with Chicken and after confirming the same, they made another one for us. We decided to take the food home and to our shock, they just gave us a half box of food inside and we felt like we were ripped off! The box was also handed upside down and once opened, everything was a mess. We live near Melville road and its not easy to come back and show this to the person in charge at Mazi, the way your employees have ruined our experience. Really disappointed and it really seems customer satisfaction is not at all a priority for Mazi! First screw up my order and then take back the wrong food made and give us only half a box of the actual ordered food!! Not at all a happy...

Edit 2025: The eggplant dip is off the menu, as is the small chips and the capsicum/halloumi starter. Less vegetarian items on the menu now if the style of food you like is small plates to share. Still a few options though, just less than before.

2024: We came in for a late anniversary dinner after work the other night and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious. I appreciated the temperatures. Dips and salad were nice and chilled. Hot dishes were very fresh and hot.

There’s plenty to choose from on the menu. Good for vegetarians.

The food came out as separate courses which was nice but since it was late and we didn’t want the staff to stay back, we’d have been just as happy to have it all at once so we could get out of their hair and they could go home. They didn’t make us feel rushed at all which was very sweet.

Absolutely delicious food! We were looking for a good place to eat afterwards, and we stumbled upon this place. And let's just say, that was a good move. We all loved the food here and finished everything off our plates. They serve a wide range of Mediterranean dishes like Souvlakis, mousakka, and more. The lemon potatoes were great and the mousakka was also great. And all the dips were delicious. And the wrap I had was pretty good. Ultimately, we enjoyed the food. The atmosphere of this place is pretty nice - there's a bunch of Greek memorabilia - like photos - on the walls. There's also a garden here too! The staff were wonderful and the service was quick and efficient. So overall, a great Mediterranean restaurant with delicious food.
