McDonald's Burwood — Restaurant in Melbourne

Don't go to this Maccas on a weekend morning unless you have at least 45-60 mins to wait in drive through. Took me 15 mins to move up the line far enough just to orderer and there was only a couple cars ahead of me when I arrived. Must have been about 10 mins roughly per customer as there was only half a dozen cars in front when I arrived. After waiting almost an hour upon leaving I checked to make sure I had 2 mcmuffins in my bag and I did so I left. When arriving home I found out they gave me 2 bacon and egg muffins instead of sausage muffins add bacon which I paid the extra $2.50 for so I went back to the store as I only live around the corner. Took them another 10 mins almost to fix the meal. Looked to be only 2 staff working and they were slowly working as they were loudly chatting away about what one of them got up to at some birthday party the night before. I mean I guess if you expect only 2 employees to work for minimum wage during the morning rush because you want to save wages they probably will burn out so not really their fault I guess. I'll be going to Vermont south McDonald's from now on. I live like 4 times further away but for some reason it's consistently faster to drive there and back with my Maccas than visit the store up the...

Bro what can I say, when I think of Burwood McDonalds, I think home. I think amazing savings. I think nothing but warm happy feelings. This place has given me a lot of truly wonderful memories. Like that time I ordered from the kiosk and it said to me "Thanks for your purchase, your ticket number is 203" and "would you like to round up the amount to donate to the Ronald thing." We are extremely blessed to have this beautiful place in the heart of burwood. I can't recommend this McDonalds enough. The staff there, man what can I say? The staff there are so good at handing me my meals. Like every time I've ordered something, they've handed me a paper bag with stuff in it. And you don't see that kind of absolute accuracy when passing over the food bag, I've never missed a grip or had to quickly scoop all the chips and contents of the burger back in after a poor handoff and it falls on the ground because my hands didn't have that impeccable grip that Burwood McDonalds has the ability to gift me.

10/10 this is the best experience of my life and I'm forever descending because this place is the peak.

I noticed this evening (19/12/18) that McDonalds Burwood Victoria have NO Christmas decorations in store what so ever !!! No not a thing to feel festive at all ... NOTHING. I asked the manager why not & he’d obviously been repeating the same answer throughout the day to disappointed customers and he looked as though he was ‘over’ the whole thing already! I find this really sad & in fact when I invest my brain fully into the reason behind the lack of joy and that reason being purely due to, as quoted tonight by Burwood Manager (11.30pm) the ‘new owner’ was ‘not that into the whole thing’ ... I asked if religion was a factor but the employee was not going to reveal the answer to that question! WOW, like excuse me but last time I visited a McDonalds store it was a happy atmosphere with Ronald, The Hanburgler & Grimace & functioned catering first & foremost for children !!! Right ???? !Shame on this store! The owner should be stripped of his franchise due to his own personal issues interfering with the rules & responsibility’s of being a McDonalds franchise owner & a civilised human being in...
