Horrible will never go to this Mcdonald. We went to through the Drive In made our order. One of the cheese Burger we ordered was a specific order (NO ONIONS, NO PICKLE and NO MUSTARD) because my grandson was allergic to pickle and doesn't like onion and mustard we were given a cost of $11.79 we got to the second window to pay and was given a different price. I enquired why I was give a different price when I ordered and asked to pay a separate price... BLUNTLY the attendant said "I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T TAKE YOUR ORDER" ok???? I paid and approached the 3rd window to collect my order. A tall Asian man gave me our order and we drove off. Took sip from my drink and noticed this wasn't the drink I ordered so we drop back through the Drive In area. Got our correct drink and we drove off again only to realize my grandson who the plane cheese burger is for was gagging in the backseat. I quickly asked what was wrong and grabbed his burger to realize they put pickles in his burger when we ordered a plane cheese burger NO PICKLES, NO ONION, NO MUSTARD. We quickly drove back to the drive In window where this tall Asia boy name Johnny was and told him that you gave us a plane cheese burger with pickles when we specifically said NO PICKLES. This guy said to me bluntly " Right, What do you want me to do?" Are u serious people die from allergic reaction. He didn't seem to care and just said sorry. I asked to speak to the manager and he I'm the manager what do you want from me? I was shocked and appaulled by the reaction and comments from this manager. I want this manager name Johnny fired from his job. Their lack in attention to details when I did my order, no consistency could've resulted in a very tragic situation. I had another gentleman name Long stepped in and took over the situation from his so called manager name Johnny. Long was very compassionate and very apologetic and sincere. Long should be the person in the managers uniform and Johnny should be cleaning somewhere in the kitchen or toilets with the attitude he had. Johnny had no management skill. Didn't know how to diffuse a situation, very arrogant and no compassion with the way he spoke to us. Where as the gentleman by the name Long was compassionate, apologetic and can here the senecerrity in the way he spoke...

My order is wrong and I got eyed down by a staff just waiting for my food with the filthiest look. I complained about my order yesterday that my extra cheese was on top of my Big Mac bun which got stuck to the cardboard box lid and I couldnât eat it as it melted and wouldnât come off the lid ??? They said oh they did it as a joke ???????????? And upon leaving with my order TODAY double bacon and egg extra cheese, they had also put NO EGG and my extra cheese was again on top of my BUN?????? I didnât ask for no egg and why is my extra cheese again on top this is a joke. I just want to eat my meal as it should come.

ORDER 1 I received the order with NO extra cheese they added an extra patty BURNT.
ORDER 2 Another time no extra cheese was added an I had no TOP BUN
Order 3 no extra cheese but instead XTRA PICKLES
ORDER 4 NO EXTRA CHEESE AND MISSING A PATTY.
I feel like an absolute joke. I got sick of it. After my wrong double bacon and egg meal order this morning with extra cheese, coming with no egg and topped off cheese, I called up apparently speaking to the manager who sounded asleep at Derrimut mc Donaldâs whose name is apparently Mary at 5.14 am. They are tellling me I said no egg and they are telling me to come drive back âif itâs wrongâ ?????? make an order right.    Read moreThe best thing about this experience was the cashier who was a junior, friendly with a sweet smile. The manager must have been related to one of those franchisees who have more money than sense because she was a loud-mouth who was shouting in conversation so loudly to her juniors that I could hear her over my headphones (something about how she couldn't bear responsibility) no name badge, no hair net, tattoos everywhere. The food was AWFUL. I know for a fact that my cheeseburger, (which tasted like sausage McMuffin meat and was NOT the standard patty size) had been left out for too long and should have been thrown away, it was cold and oily, and so were the fries. I was starving and hadn't eaten all day, and I just left the food on the counter. I didn't even bother to complain to the entitled bully of a manager or ask for a replacement or refund because goodness knows what they would have done to THAT order. The kitchen was dirty and run-down. What I certainly will be doing is having a word with the head office. I'm so sick of Nepo babies thinking they can bully customers and their junior staff. Derrimut McDonald's, YOU need an audit. That is not the standard. Not very comrade of you. You need a refresher training course, STAT!!
