This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in my whole life. The staff's behaviour is outrageous and they never seem to follow instructions like "no salt on the chips please" or "no sauce on my big mac". Like I said before, the staff's behaviour is outrageous, they always seem to be a lil bit racist towards us or very disrespectful. Few months ago, my mum got in a fight with one of the workers. What happened was she was waiting there for like 3 minutes just to get a spoon and never got one. All the staff saw her(and this was at like midnight, they were not busy at all) and just ignored her. They were just chatting to the other colleagues. My mum asked politely 3 times to get a spoon but they still kept ignoring her. Then she finally shouted at them to just pass her a spoon. One of the staff just told her she should not shout. Excuse me? Eventually she never got her spoon after 10 minutes of arguing.
Another example is I ordered my ceaser mcchicken wrap and asked to have it grilled. I was in a rush to something important that's why I went to maccas to get my "fast food" They told us to go to the waiting bay. That's fine because I can't always expect to have it to be quick can't I? We waited for 15 minutes to grab my wrap then we eventually walked in to see what was going on. We checked with them and they said another 5 mins. We then waited for another 10 minutes and didn't get my meal. We then went in and found my wrap on the bench and took it. I then looked in the bag and I got crispy instead of grilled and no cheese. There's a reason it's called ceaser mcchicken wrap maccas.
This just happened an hour ago when my mum ordered a coffee and a toastie. We first got the coffee and they asked us to wait at the waiting bay. When she took a sip of the coffee the lid came loose and coffee spilled everywhere. On me, on her, all over the cup holder, on the chairs. We spent like 5 minutes cleaning up and found our car remote soaked in coffee. Then one of the workers delivered our toastie and we told her what had happened and told her to tell the cafe to be careful nextime. "oh really sorry" then just walks off laughing to another colleague whose shift is over and pointing at us. Now I see the new Ronald macdonald mascot
. Also the only reason I gave it a 2 star is because the playground is very new and funfor kids or I might have gone...

The experience I have had with the manager of this shift (Alysha) was possibly the worst experience I have had in the hospitality industry. Simply put, her attitude was poor, abusive and not fit to manage.
As part of our order, we had requested to redeem a monopoly prize (Quarter Pounder or McChicken). The team member at the order window initially put this through but had made a mistake and had to cancel the order. Upon re-entering the code for this offer, it had shown as invalid. The manager insisted that we had redeemed this offer, when we clearly had not.
Leading to a conversation that continued to escalate as the manager would not understand that this was a mistake done on their end, and continued to accuse us. As the manager refused to assist us, I had asked her what the formal complaint process for this was, where she refused to provide any constructive comments other than saying "online".
Frustratingly, we left the order window to collect the remainder of our order that we had paid for. At the collection window, the manager had handed us our food to which I had asked for her name so I could formally lodge a complaint. She responded with "Akeesha" and when I had asked for the spelling, she said "You can figure it out" and had slammed the window on me. In response to this poor attitude, I waited at the window for further clarification. Upon returning, she yelled at us to get out of the drive through and had threatened to call the police. In response, I had calmly requested for her name again, to which she responded Alysha. Firstly this was inconsistent with her initial response, and again had not provided us with the spelling.
When we arrived home with our meal, we had opened it to see that our order was incomplete. This order consisted of 24 nuggets and small fries. The nuggets were cold and as for the fries, there were only two fries at the bottom of the bag. Please find attached a picture as reference.
This has been the most disappointing experience I have had and I honestly don't think that this manager is fit for this position. With this said, I hope that something can be done to prevent this from...
Read moreDear McDonald's Management Team,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had when ordering delivery from your restaurant. I have been a loyal customer and have always been satisfied with the service at your establishment, but this particular incident has left me extremely disappointed.
Two days ago, I placed an order for a McSpicy Chicken Burger meal through your delivery platform, along with an additional order of fries and a cola. However, when the delivery arrived at my home, I noticed that several items were missing from the order, including the extra fries and cola that I had requested. This oversight has left me feeling highly dissatisfied and confused.
As a well-known fast-food chain, I hold McDonald's to high standards of service quality. Unfortunately, this experience has raised doubts in my mind about the level of service provided by your establishment. While I believe this to be an isolated incident, I still wanted to bring it to your attention so that you are aware of the issue and can take measures to improve your service processes.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and address the issue at hand. As a customer, I expect accurate and complete orders, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service. I hope that this unpleasant experience will not be repeated, and I look forward to having a better experience with future orders.
I suggest that your restaurant strengthens internal quality control measures during order preparation and delivery to ensure order accuracy and completeness. Additionally, training your staff to enhance their service awareness and efficiency is crucial.
I believe that McDonald's, as a leading player in the fast-food industry, has the capability to address and resolve such issues and provide an improved service experience for customers. I look forward to hearing your response to this matter and hope that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent similar issues from occurring...
