WARNING THIS ENDS IN A RANT THAT MUST BE SAID. SORRY IN ADVANCE. Daytime staff although nice, in a weird robot and repetitive fashion, are fairly average as you can come to expect at every Mc D's establishment. Dinner time staff have got the memo as they seem to be fast paced delivering the true meaning of fast food. They pretty much shove anything that's within arms length at you and before you can grab your order with 2 hands their serving the guy behind you. Just don't tell them they haven't given you all of your order as its quicker jump back in line to be served than it is to get their attention or catch the mangers whisk past without making eye contact. But the worst Late night runs are busy as all hell, It's a bit of a hit and miss trying to get a smooth and clean run, (mostly a miss). It's either jam packed with mainly carloads of obnoxious and impatient teens who are piled into some P platers grey import with all the windows down while blaring ear piercing noise they refer to as music who are refusing to move up to the waiting bays holding the drive-thru queue up which seems to never end. To then just pull into a parking space watching the line in the drive-thru. Finally getting to the payment area where you get less reaction than poking a rock. In such an automatic reflex the efpos machine barely in arms lenght even tbough your cleary holding cash. Then if you're lucky enough you'll get what you ordered without any missing items. Once again that too is a big hit and miss. Standard conversation goes a bit like. There's no fries in the bag. "Oh did you ask for fries with that?" Of course I did I ordered a value meal! "Are you sure?" READ YOUR MONITOR YOU TOOL!! "Just give a minute I'll need to go check with the on duty manager" Many minutes past "Oh are you waiting for something?" Yeah my fries. Handed cold or soggy fries. "Sorry about the wait"
Really this is what customer service has become? Why do we even bother? Waste of time dealing with these oxygen...
Read moreIve decided to leave a review after more than 10 years of unpredictable service at noble park Maccas. Today was the last straw. Ordered a Mc spicy with large chips and a baby chino today. When I got to the service counter the attendant had not put my large chips order. Then the girl at the service counter informed I had to come through the drive-through again to get my large chips. We decided to go home without the large chips but on the way found out the baby chino was actually a shot of coffee. This infuriated me. My 20 month old had bow taken a shot of coffee. While remaining calm I decided to go through the drive-through to get the large chips and exchange the shot of coffee to a proper baby chino. Imagine my surprise when I got home to see the Mc spicy Resembled anything but spicy. I got on the phone and spoke to Jess who was kind enough to inform the spicy was actually the patty not a sauce so I hung up. Now that I have taken a bite I can guarantee you there was nothing spicy about the patty it was just a plain chicken patty nothing spicy.
I have lived in Noblepark for more than 10 years and have been coming to this McDonald’s many times and every so often you mess up my ordering in ways unimaginable.
This is the main reason I prefer to drive all the way to Keysborough hungry Jacks for my burgers instead of the Maccas right in front of my house.
Appalling service. On This occasion the drive through attedent fails with my order. The barista made the wrong coffee. And then the kitchen hand give me the wrong burger. Unacceptable. I demand a refund.

Read moreThis is how Mc Donald’s in Australia treat their customers. First they make the blunders with my order and refused for the full refund. I ordered chicken Big Mac in a small meal firstly they gave me beef burger instead of chicken then they forgot to give me fries which I asked the lady who took the order in return she gave me cold fries. I also asked for the coffee with two sugar which the guy forgot to put in it. When I went to home started eating my food then I realised this there is no sugar in coffee and they have given me beef burger which is against my religion. So when I asked for the refund ,the manager (Jimmy) of the McDonald’s said that is not his concern he will return the money for the burger. I asked him give me the full refund of the small meal but he was so rude and refused to give me the refund. He said he wants the Fries back . We all generally eat fries first before we start eating the burger it’s quite normal now how can I give him fries back. I am not asking for my petrol and for the hassle in my life in the morning.My question is to mc Donald’s is this normal to behave with your customer like this.
