McDonald's Vermont South — Restaurant in Melbourne

The Vermont South i used to know was central, peaceful and had an authentic character. Till... I read the flashing red and yellow banners that said: 'New Mcdonalds opening soon' As soon as i discovered this i shouted ya hoo! and i was glad there was another mcdonalds coming in the area; But, that was before i first visited it. So it was a date in my life i couldn't remember... I walked on in, lined up in the queue and ordered a hamburger and frozen coke. Now, you might think that this would take around 3 minutes but don't even get your answers out because, YOUR ALREADY WRONG! It took 10 minutes not of problems they were having in the kitchen but as i watched on carefully, i noticed a non-working employee walk into the kitchen, take out his phone, and immediately start recording the food getting cooked and continued laughing around with his busy working mate. The manager then walks in with beats on and starts head banging his head like a jack - hammer disintegrating the ground. Then the workmate who was getting distracted, then taps the manager and he turns vaguely and gives a wink and ignores the his fellow employee!!! What type of Mcdonald's is this?!!! may i ask?!! Australia is supposed to be the most liveable city but when it comes to Vermont south, is it really? It is really just plain rubbish!!! As soon as the meal arrived 10 mins later... i clenched the paper bag and said: " i am writing the nastiest review online because of this poor service you have given me!" So if you want to ask what im doing now, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I AM DOING!!! Do not go to Vermont South Mcdonald's whatever you do!!

Like one of the famous quotes: "One day i'll leave and never come back!" This is exactly a summary of what im trying to say, Vermont south will forever be forgotten in my memory because of one place who ruined it al!!! To finish off, Another quotes " It's amazing how much destruction one person or place can cause!" and this quote is damn right! DO NOT GO TO VERMONT SOUTH...

I bought the regular menu food in the morning instead of breakfast because I don't like Macca's breakfast and I don't have much time this morning for shopping and cooking. I get my food, drive off, taste a fry and it's old. Clearly made the night before, just reheated. Disgusting. I also noticed I am missing a cheeseburger! I go back through the drive thru and explain how much money I spent and that the fries are very old and a cheeseburger is missing. The guy was nice, replaced the fries and gave me my cheeseburger. There were fresh ones. But only on top. Underneath the fresh ones were old ones. On top of this, I get home and my nuggets were most likely from the night before, just reheated. This is just so crap, everything in my order is old. I spent $30+ and it's all your old food, just warmed up. If you're not getting people ordering from the regular menu in the morning, don't serve it. Take it off. Don't save the food from last night, hours and hours and hours ago in an attempt to save a few bucks, Macca's already makes enough. If you're keeping the regular menu on in the morning, make it fresh. It sucks spending money on something and it's just leftover, old scraps. Thanks for stealing my money ✌️ at least you got to have your leftovers put into my bin to save your bins...

RUDE MANAGER! We had my son Basketball late lunch and presentation celebration today 27 March 2021. After COVID lockdown and no matches for the whole year, it was great to see the kids are happy having a meal with their friends. My son and his friends order their meal and waited, the other been serve though they order after us. I went up to the counter and ask where's my son and his friends order, and was told they don't have it, staff called the manager and informed that they missed the order. The manager was so rude telling us that the ticket was 35minutes ago, and that was already old, which it doesn't make sense what he mean old! I told the manager, that's how long they been waiting for 35minutes, he keep on going saying that the order was wrong or not the right one, and even asked me where did I get the receipts, very offensive. I understand it's a busy place and we did wait but for 35mins, and questioning where we get our receipts and telling us it was already old, that's a very poor customer service, particularly coming from a manager. Starting with apology for the delayed would be appreciated, and fix the problem. I will not recommend this place to all friends and families, the tables are full of rubbish too and we have to clean it...
