SHAME ON THE CHEAP AND IRRESPONSIBLE FRANCHISE OWNER at this Mornington store.

Every single time I have been to this Maccas, it’s been an anxiety inducing experience.

A bunch of Kids around 15 or 16, with unnecessarily filthy dialogue were sitting next to me. A box of beer under the table, no attempt at concealing it. Blatantly drinking bottles of beer in plain sight. Filthy shoes on the table. young children everywhere.

The store is run by teenagers, so obviously this is a common thing. There is absolutely no adult supervision at this location whatsoever.

I ordered chicken nuggets, half and half. I told the staff member that I was willing to wait for a new batch, because last time my order was cold. The plain lot were tepid. The spicy lot were obviously cooked, gone cold, then heated again in the microwave to match. Totally inedible. They were rock hard, rubbery. I just threw most of them away because they were so off putting.

SHAME ON THE CHEAP AND IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER of this franchise. No doubt employing the youngest possible staff members and paying the absolute minimum wage, And then providing absolutely no guidance for the teenaged staff by irresponsibly NOT employing adult supervision, and dangerously allowing alcohol on premises which is consumed by underage children. AND serving substandard food on a regular basis.

You have security cameras, you see it happening yet you do nothing. Totally illegal and dangerous.

Also taking NO notice of the hundreds of reviews stating the fact that this place is disgustingly filthy. Overflowing bins, sticky, filthy floors and tables, mess on the majority of tables. Congealed stuff on floors and tables proving that they do not get cleaned during the day. I thought McDonalds had strict standards?

It would be nice to have the option to eat at a well run, legal and safe McDonald’s in our lovely town of Mornington, this one does not even have heat as I sit here writing this review in freezing cold conditions.

There has to be something this town can do to ensure the owner of this place is made so at least provide the basics for customers and staff.

I will be taking this further myself. Everything is substandard at this location.

This place is a shocking...

I only recently deleted my past review of this McDonald's because I felt that I had made my point and everyone should have the chance to fix their mistakes and improve on feedback received. However, based on the quality of food I just received tonight it is plain to see that they have not learnt from their past mistakes and starts to look as though the management either doesn't care or are just inept. I don't blame the 15 yo kid flipping the burgers for getting things so wrong. That blame lays firmly at the feet of management. In the 15 years that I have lived in the area I can not recall a single experience with this location that has been 100% positive. The last time I reviewed them I was contacted by a PR person who assured me that the location was to be looked into. This has obviously not happened or was highly ineffective to say the least. Tonight I (and my delivery driver) waited for over 40 mins. My driver had to cancel the delivery job as it was costing him money. After a new driver was found it was found that my food had been ready the whole time and was just sitting there going cold. Eventually my order(horribly cold) was delivered only for me to find that half the items were missing and any food notes that I added were ignored.( Note to management, You and the child you haven't trained properly can and will be held responsible for serving allergens to customers who have specifically asked for that ingredient to be removed) My food also was stone cold, not that "ohhhh it's McDonald's it will never be actually hot" but stone cold almost as though it had sat there for 45 minutes before being sent out for delivery. **Attention McDonald's Head office, PLEASE, can you look into the Mornington location It has to be the worst outlet in Victoria...I actually don't understand why nothing has been done already If management does read this review, I would greatly appreciate a response and an explanation and not a "Thanks, your feedback means a lot to us"......response. Just wanted to share my poor experience at Mornington McDonalds the other night, firstly I’m quite appalled at the fact I had to wait 10 plus minutes as the only car at midnight in the drive through, I tried calling out numerous times to no avail, which not blaming on the staff may of not been their faults, I then proceeded to drive and knock on all the windows and call out to no answer, I then drove back through and called out for another few minutes and then finally getting answered, from the other speaker to the lane I was in, again not blaming the staff, but the British lady that served me was quite rude and I know it may of been frustrating trying to hear me yell from the other side but could she not of just swapped what lane she was serving, she was then quite blunt at the drive through payment window (maybe a bad night,) anyway we then went to the collection window and seen practically no body working I’m not sure if that’s maccas skimping out on their staff or them hiding, but there was numerous off shift employees or friends hanging out in the kitchen with one other staff member talking, anyway we waited the best part of ten minutes for two shakes and fries, the shakes were then massively under filled (refer to photo), and all handed to us a bit bluntly, we then asked the lady politely to fill them more and showed her how low they were, she replied ahh the machine does that and slammed the window, we then got it back another few mins later and I said sorry thankyou so much to the window being slammed shut in my face and stormed off rudely on, anyway the chips were good and drinks were decent defs not worth 30 mins and rude service but yeh just my...
