Hello Maccas, Friendly reminder about my horrid incident here. My little girl 12 and a few months. She is TRAUMATISED due to your workers pack of confidence and indurance you see, my little girl precious afraid of the world afraid of her own shadow. I told her Love, I think it's your time to shine. I'm gonna alow you to go ahead and order yourself.. your old enough and so she did and she did it with pride with confidence with a big smile and this rude lady just shattered her hopes and dreams. My daughter stated she did not want the Mc chicken sauce on her chicken burger and the lady rudly stated her opinion as the judgemental lady she was and always will be in my poor girls heart. She shouted "really no sauce?" In a quite rude and offensive way if I'm being honest as she is allergic to the sauce look guys my poor little angel loves some juice on her patty but she just breaks out and it hurts my heart to see her suffer like that. So ofcourse she ordered no sauce and obviously this lady took it as offence that she wanted no sauce. And when she finished ordering she was given no number no indication no direction of where what or how her order shall be. So we sat and sat waiting for her order as we where clueless on witch order was to be hers. After it felt like an hour we realised it was her order and we sat on the bench and she took a bite out of her patty to realise was there not just one problem but two problems one there was sauce two it was freezing cold. My poor girl started breaking out in red rashes almost as red as my favourite flower a rose. I felt my heart break as I knew the lady had stuffed up. She alerted me that her throat was feeling like it was closing up that's when I dialled 000. They took my poor baby into the ambulance and I watched as they drove off with her.i then turned my back to see the exact same rude judgemental incompetent lady who's done this to my poor angel baby. I then caused a scene as a mother of 9 kids ofcourse I'd stand up for my one and only youngest baby Shannon. I ofcourse wasn't happy to argue with a little teenage girl but I knew it had to be done. Thanks alot maccas my kid is now never aloud to have maccas again due to me having the fear that this awful incident would...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed and upset with the appalling experience I had at this location on 5th May around 6:32 PM. I ordered a Happy Meal for my 4-year-old son through the app and went through the drive-thru as I always do.
I was the first car in the drive-thru, in the right lane, yet three cars that arrived after me in the left lane had their orders taken before mine. Despite patiently waiting, I was completely ignored. When I tried to get the staffâs attention by saying âhelloâ at the speaker, I was met with a rude and aggressive âGive me a sec,â followed by more silence. Eventually, my order number was taken in an equally curt manner.
When I got to the window, things got worse. A female employee with glasses leaned out and accused me of screaming at herâcompletely false and incredibly inappropriate. I was only trying to get assistance after being ignored multiple times. Her attitude was hostile and confrontational.
Then, a manager with red hair came and instead of calming the situation, she immediately defended her staff, accused me of being aggressive, and even threatened to cancel my order (which I never asked for). She refused to give her name and had no visible name tag. No apology, no professionalismâjust blame-shifting and disrespect.
All of this happened in front of my 4-year-old son, who was visibly distressed by the whole incident and has remained upset since. I left feeling humiliated and disrespected. This was one of the worst customer service experiences Iâve ever had.
Absolutely unacceptable. I strongly urge management to investigate and address this...
Read moreHave been through drive through a few times. On three occasions (different sides each time) the lane I was in was ignored by the staff. Cars that just got there were being served prior to the ones waiting longer. When I questioned this on two occasions the Team Leader advised that the sensor pad was not working. When I asked why the staff do not check the multiple CCTV camera's pointing at the drive through lanes, the Team Leader could not give an excuse. I recommended that her staff required training and she agreed. McDonald's was once renowned for their training of staff and management. Not sure what happened to the quality of training. This is either a training issue or attitude issue. Mac Happy day is coming and I will drive to a different suburb to purchase a Big Mac. McDonald's tastes the same everywhere, I will not give my money to this store ever again. I would rather pay more on petrol to drive out of Craigieburn and Roxburgh Park as I believe the Franchisee owns these McDonald's stores, than support my local McDonald's. It is quite clear that the staff and management do not care about the local community who are trying to support local business. Huge disappointment, I gave them a chance the first time, it happened again and I raised my concerns with management and the third time just showed that any concerns raised by patrons/customers are either not directed to management or management just don't care. I hope this e-mail is taken seriously so you don't lose any more...
