Service was quick and efficient, and the menu is filled with so many tempting options that it was hard to choose, but this pudding was definitely the right call.

Been a customer of Meet Fresh plenty of times, including dine in, takeaway and delivery. A little PSA: ALWAYS check your takeaway order before walking away!!!! (See reasons at the end)

Food - Always love the food but not the price tag attached. Quality had improved so much over the years but the consistency could be better.

Service & atmosphere - Love the atmosphere and the decor, but honestly the place needs a lot more love and care from the staff to make it looks and feel as good as it should. When they’re busy (which is most of the time people come for desserts), the quality of dine in experience is just not there - dirty tables, sticky floor with rubbish often seen on the floor, feral looking bathroom, and most tables are occupied by dirty dishes as well with no one sitting there. Therefore, I always opt for takeaway instead… However, 99% of the time my takeaway and delivery orders are packed wrong!! Thought the errors come from being how busy it is.. but how it is possible to get an order wrong when there are only 2 tables already eating and no one waiting after me is kinda beyond me😅 Already lost count how much money I’ve lost not receiving the right item or add-ons (at all). Please hire some decent staff who actually read the docket instead. Hence the 3 star...

26/10/21 We came back a second time but for take away.

Warm Jasmine milk tea with mini taro balls - extremely soft pearls and the drink itself was a light Jasmine taste.

Icy grass jelly signature - so much grass jelly was provided and the taro balls were nice and soft. Grass Ice shaved just how Like it, solid and delicious .

Purple rice yoghurt - generous amount of purple rice and the drink itself is light and milky.

A great improvement and will definitely be back.

4.7.20 We were invited to their grandopening and provided with a dessert and drink on their select menu. Given it was their grandopening, service was quite slow but the staff had advised is prior but this caused our desserts to arrive lukewarm and melted.

We ordered the hot taro ball - mix of pearls, barley and taro ball in a red bean soup. The flavour was sweet and soothing.
