Mister Baker — Restaurant in Melbourne

If I can only give 0 for customer service, I would have. My family and I was not aware that this Cafe is Kosher. We brought with us Chicken nuggets and Burger from McDonald for our kids to eat. This male staff approached my kid to say they couldn't eat there . He could have approach me as I'm the mother. I immediately told him excuse me WE ARE EATING HERE (I thought he approached the kids because they bought their own food) he told me it's a KOSHER Cafe in a very rude way, like almost disgusted with us. I immediately pack my kids food and told the kids they can't eat their food.

The couldn't have first of all approached me and not the kids and second say it in a nice and polite way. It left a foul taste in my mouth. Never will I go back here and will tell my friends not to come here...

I pass this café most days with my dog and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the owner. As my dog was sniffing around the corner of the building, the owner yelled at me from inside, assuming she was marking her territory. I tried to explain that my dog is female and was only sniffing, not peeing, but he cut me off and continued to shout over me. His aggressive and unprofessional behavior left me quite shocked.

While I understand concerns about cleanliness, especially in an area where dogs often pass by, the owner's reaction was completely unnecessary. Ironically, he seemed less concerned about cleanliness when he continually smokes outside and discards cigarette butts on the ground in a non-smoking area on Glen...

We ordered at the counter, man seemed very confused and had to clarify multiple times what I ordered. I got an egg bagel with cheese and tomato RELISH and when it came out it had fresh tomato on it instead. When I asked them to fix it they came back and said they didn’t have relish and never did (even tho it was on the menu). As we were leaving we pointed it out to them that it says relish on the menu, the guy tried to gaslight us and was like I guess we ran out and tried to claim I wasn’t charged for the tomato even though I was. Also there was barely any fillings in...
