Mixue Ice Cream & Tea Clayton — Restaurant in Melbourne

So excited that they finally opened one in Clayton! We came here for a few times since they launched, had pleasant experience with the younger female staff as they are very friendly! They had this cute promo where if you purchase 3 drinks, write a review then you can collect a magnet. We liked mixue, we were excited to support the local business and collect the whole collection! However, today we were served by one of the older lady at the cashier (with a blue hair tie bun, no specs) she was extremely rude! She forced us to take the magnet design that we already had and gaslighted us that they don’t have the other designs when there were a whole bunch of other magnets at the back. The younger friendly staff that used to serve us last time came and gave it to us. It left us a bitter and petty taste especially when it’s just for a magnet collection. It’s such a shame with that attitude...

Pros - REALLY cheap drinks. I had the milk tea with three toppings. The tea was delicious and the textural contrast between the red bean, tapioca balls and pearls was on point. The tea base was one of the better options in Clayton.

Cons - weekend surcharge, the line is long, and you can't customise the drinks much. You can only buy the advertised size. You can't remove all ice. There are only a few toppings you can...

They never fully fill the cup, this is the 2nd time I've experienced this. Not going back. If I could give them 0 stars, I would, they're so stingy
