Montague Park Food Store — Restaurant in Melbourne

Have been wanting to try this place out for a while good looking place and nice space indoor outdoor and courtyard

Requested a tea , well that’s what I got however no sugar no milk and a dirty cup , requested milk and got my own sugar

Ordered poached eggs on toast , they looked great , had to get my own salt and pepper from another table Eggs had a lot of left over snot probably could have done with another 30sec .

Toast was excellent

English breakfast tea was awful no flavour

Wouldn’t go again sorry, no decent customer service, it looks like they survive off old...

Although I live two suburbs away, I've just recently discovered this café and it has quickly become my favourite.

The food is really good and reasonably priced. The owner, Reza, is the perfect host - friendly and keen to make sure you are made to feel welcome and looked after.

And one of the waitresses, when asking what I'd like to order, then said: "Didn't you come in a few weeks ago and ordered the Big Breakfast with smoked salmon instead of bacon ??" ...Amazing !!

Just what a café ought to be - my highest recommendation and...

Montague Park Food Store is a great corner cafe with good seating options inside, out in the street and a beautiful courtyard out back to. They have small take away window too for quick coffee on the go. The menu here has great breakfast and lunch options and their crispy egg and bacon roll with the beetroot relish is up their with the best in Melbourne. Service is friendly and coffee is on point. I can't wait to try more of the menu soon. Definitely...
