Dropped in for a quick lunch with the hope of getting a Reuben sandwich but unfortunately there was none left. I got the lunch special, a Truffle Angus beef burger, which was tasty. I'd say the truffle flavour was more subtle than I had anticipated and the burger needed a bit of pepper. Apart from that, the burger was cooked well, meat was juicy, pickles were delicious, and onions nicely caramelised. I never knew this place existed, was actually looking for the pizza shop but was closed, so headed around the corner. Found this Cafe, staff were really nice but there was one waitress and she was extra nice as in getting water, asking if I want something else sfter my meal. I did want a take away coffee, so I ordered that and she got on to that straight away. The service was amazing. I have seen a few cafes not make it in this spot. Hope this one does, it's really good. Such a fabulous experience today. Coffee was superb, hot & quick! I’m vegan and the option was absolutely delicious and no trouble for the staff to make a couple of changes for me. While waiting 3 different tables finished up and the staff thanked them all as they were leaving and cleared / wiped down where they sitting straight away. The staff clearly had pride in their work which showed in their attentiveness to the area and also in the delicious food and coffee!!! 100% coming back again...
