Mr.Panda Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Melbourne

I recently visited Mr. Panda Bubble Tea in Cranbourne, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience.

The bubble tea itself was delicious! I opted for the mango coconut milk tea and creamy chocolate tea, and it was perfectly brewed with just the right amount of sweetness with a lovely texture that complemented the tea beautifully.

What really stood out, though, was the excellent customer service. The staff were happy to answer our questions, make recommendations.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Mr. Panda Bubble Tea to anyone in the Cranbourne area looking for a tasty and refreshing drink. The combination of good staff, good products, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to relax and unwind.

I will have to hand it to this place but with my most brutal honesty. The drinks are incredible, best bubble tea going around. But my problem that truly lies about is the service. I come here with my partner one - two times per week but yet the service gets worse and worse everytime. I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes to place my order with only 4 people infront of me which is ridiculous. But then it follows the wait time for your 2 drinks can be an extra 20-30 minutes. I’ve had faster service at a restaurant. The store is under staffed which is a huge contribution to how it’s slow, while half the staff also struggle to understand English. Terrible customer service. I just ordered milk tea from this place, and I had to hop online to see if anyone else shared the same experience. I kindly asked the male staff at this place to edit my order to put less ice, and I received the worst attitude. He rolled his eyes at my friend and I. It was the coldest service you can give a customer. I understand it was busy and understaffed, however that treatment was uncalled for. it was unfortunate as I usually love buying from Mr.Panda on a regular basis....
