We booked the outside area for 15 people. Inquired as to whether we could book the entire outside space as we had a largish group. The person we spoke to told us they would get the manager to call to confirm. Three weeks passed and we hadn't heard anything so we went in to check the booking. It hadn't been made. So we again booked. Told them we wanted the entire space outside. The manager was going to ring to confirm. Manager did so and the booking for 15 people was made.

On the night we turned up, there was only a booking for 10. We ordered drinks and then was told that there was no strawberries for mojitos or daquaris. Then we ordered dinner and was told there were no vegetables for the side dish but they could offer broccolini and mashed potatoes and chips. Then we ordered another round of drinks only to be told that they had run out of Carlton Dry. (we had only ordered 3 of these beforehand and the restaurant was pretty well empty so it's not like there was a lot of people ordering and that's why they ran out).

It was freezing outside so we asked for the heater to be turned on. After half an hour it still hadn't been turned on so we asked to be moved inside. A staff member then came outside to try and turn the heater on, but it would not work. Eventually they set us up inside.

Our meals arrived and the birthday girl's had a long black hair in it! The chef was not impressed when the meal was returned.

The food was delicious but the service atrocious - slow and inconsistent. We have been to this place a number of times and never had so many issues. Probably won't...

Popped in for a quick bite based on research from our 17yo who works for two very well respected foodie businesses in Brisbane. Food was amazing! We had the chili scramble, brunch burger and hash brown benny (her and I shared). All beautifully presented, full of flavour and generously portioned. Coffees also great. Service was wonderful from the greeting at the door through to payment, however was slightly let down by the young woman working our table. She took two of the plates away while the other two of us were still eating then returned and took ours when we had only just put down our cutlery. As our 20yo also works in hospitality, it prompted lots of discussion about the differences in clearing tables in a cafe/restaurant versus large functions. The girl was lovely but perhaps a bit too...

After a long search for the perfect place to celebrate Mother’s Day, we decided to try Times Restaurant — and we're so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were treated exceptionally well.

As parents of two young kids (6 months and 22 months), dining out can sometimes be a challenge, but the incredible food and the outstanding service made us feel so welcome and truly helped make this Mother’s Day special.

A big thank you to Prem, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He was so kind from the moment we arrived, ensuring we had space for the pram and that our table was just right.

The food was absolutely delicious — we loved everything we ordered! We highly recommend this place and will...

Times Cafe, lovely new place in the heart of Cranbourne in the Cranbourne shopping center. Right at the front of the back entrance. Really great feel to this place, nice modern style with lovely touches. Service is great, been here twice now and always been greeted instantly and brought to our tables. Food and coffee was really nice, although second time the coffee was a little warm and not hot but they happily replaced it with no fuss. We ordered the breakfast platter, can’t remember name of it but it’s seen in the photos. It definitely is more than enough for a couple to share. Have ordered this twice and really really nice. Will definitely keep coming back

Tonight was my third time coming here, I’ve been twice for breakfast and this third time for dinner. i literally can’t fault a thing that I’ve tried, the hotcakes with berry compot are to die for, eggs bene was made to perfection and the homemade gnocchi was the best I’ve had in a while. We’ve also tried the calamari, Nasi goreng, grilled halloumi (AMAZING!!!) crème brûlée, vanilla slice, coffees and my daughter loves their baby chinos. This place really has it sorted when it comes to customer service, making customers feel welcome and last but not least how well their chefs can cook! Defiantly a hidden gem in Cranbourne and our new regular spot. Thankyou ☺️
