Pizza Hut Cranbourne — Restaurant in Melbourne

Hi guys I would like to share my bad experience with Pizza Hut cranbourne I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut cranbourne at 6:49 pm for kids it supposed to deliver around 7:20 . But delivery wasn’t there until 7:35pm so I did call the store Pizza Hut Cranbourne for my delivery I spoke to the one of the staff and Ask him about where is my order he said on the way I will ask him how far man kids are waiting for the pizza it’s more 15 minutes now and he just said on the way and hang up my phone it was very inappropriate behaviour from the staff. So I will call again in the Pizza Hut Cranbourne store i spoke to the same person again and asked him I want your name or I want to talk to your supervisor or manager regarding about your staff inappropriate and rude behavior with me over the phone.he did hang my phone again.Then I went the shop and ask for the supervisor his name his sunny. I did discuss my concerns about the rude behavior from your staff and I said to the supervisor I would like to know the name of staff was taking with me over the phone.After long discussion he gave me his name his mohit. Hi Everyone, I think I'm writing this as my 2nd review but can't remember the first one was in customer service centre. Anyway, Me and my family have been very regular to Cranbourne branch and order same order worth $59.95,,, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the staff at the counter,, There was hardly enough sauce on pizzas and chicken wings and I asked them to add more, she charged me $5 for the sauce on 3 pizzas and chicken wings, I'm sorry but if I would have get the same garlic Aloi sauce from coles or Aldi,, It is only $2.5 and I can spread it on I think approx. 10 pizzas,, not only that, when I asked her about the manager, she told me she is his wife,, well nice but that doesn't mean you can charge people anything,, especially FOR A REGULAR CUSTOMER, very disappointing. I don't know If I will go there anymore, even though the Pizzas and chicken wings are sooo good but...
