Bad experience, i was indeed looking forward eating at this overrated restaurant, but we had a bad experience dining in.
My family ordered sisig, knowing it is my daughter favourite dish, but ended up having a really bad experience , when they serve the sisig we saw that there is no egg, so my daughter.asked if we can have an egg, we know that this is a kapampangan dish , but we politely ask if we can have an egg and willing to pay. But the lady said she will ask if they can get an egg, though she was so nice.
But ended up we heared Mr. Park loud voice that we donât put egg on sisig as this is kapampangan dish, like it was a rude way telling a client that instead of him approaching us and explain to us that they canât provide what we ask for. It could have been different experience if he approach us and tell us in a polite manner that he cannot cater what we requested, instead we heared his voice coming from the kitchen telling the lady to tell us that kapangpangan dish dont does not have an egg on sisig. So the lady approach us again which we cannot hear what she said because we heared loudly what Mr. Park said to her, while we are having our food, it taste bland, greasy and most of all dry :( and we heared from the kitchen what Mr.Park telling his staff about about us and what we ordered, which i find it uncomfortable coz we can hear everything , seems he is talking about his customer. And i find it not pleasant at all knowing that they insisted what they are allowed to serve instead of satisfying what customer wants and needs,
Thus, it could have been a wonderful experience if you leave an impact and satisfy your customer needs instead of imposing your so called kampapangan dish.
Never again, and we will not recommend this to some of our friend. Overrated review. Food is not nice at all and nevertheless, chef is not a...

Stepping into Mrs Parks is like entering a realm where Manny Pacquiao and Elvis Presley would enjoy a delightful dinner! The ambiance is a blend of Manila sophistication and New York chic, as though these two worlds were destined to meet.
Let's talk food. The Crispy Pata here is a "sarap-to-the-bones" sensation! You could almost hear it singing, "Crunch me, baby, let's make this moment last!" As for the Vegetable Chapsuey, it's so delectable you'll find yourself reaching for second servings faster than you can say "Masarap!"
Service? Exceptional. It's a seamless dance where the soul of the Philippines pairs elegantly with Western finesse. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, almost as if they read your thoughts before you articulate them. This is Filipino hospitality showcased in an environment as refined as a classic ballad.
Looking for a culinary haven where local flavor marries global elegance? Mrs Parks is your destination. Whether you're a balikbayan missing home or a foreigner wanting to experience Filipino cultureâthis place welcomes all. It's more than a restaurant; it's a...
Read moreWe always eat in this resto as their crispy pata is really good. Ate so many times and brought/introduced some of our friends to their foods. Today, would be our last to eat here and would never recommend it. Spoke to Mrs Parks herself that with our number of 30 persons including 6 kids where our pre order was only around $600, she said that lugi sya and it should have been a set meal. She said that with around 30 persons, the amount that we should consumed is around $1000. So in order to meet halfway, she insisted for the guests to get drinks not just table water. I agreed to order drinks just to avoid disagreement. But i could not understand why she did not mention the set meal when we put our booking. Not brought the set meal when we were already there. We also eat at Mama Lor with the same number of people but we did not experience this kind of discussion rgdg their lugi. The place was also so warm and we were made to sit beside the window with no blinds and my friends were eating covering their heads. I did not enjoy eating at all after the discussion. We will not eat in this...
