I recently visited Muffin Break and was very disappointed with the overall atmosphere. While I was looking forward to winding down after a busy morning with a muffin and coffee, the experience was ruined by the extremely loud club-style/dance music. It felt more like a dance party than a bakery, which made it uncomfortable to relax or have a conversation, and I even heard an elderly lady sitting across from me complain about it. The staff are mostly young teenagers who seemed more focused on doing the bare minimum and bopping to their music than creating a welcoming environment for customers - there’s just no sense of urgency even when they have many customers waiting for their order. The choice of music and volume was incredibly inconsiderate and out of touch with the needs of the clientele.

Read moreSo right now I ordered my coffees like I always do from here when I come do my shopping, I’ve never had a problem here until today, everytime I order here I get buy my coffees and get some milk for my 1 year old son, they never have charged us here before out of there own will, as of today that changed, I made my order and received the milk cold when I went back up and asked it to be warmed up a bit more, I was approached by a employee that I’ve never seen and she said that she can’t warm my sons milk up because I have been getting it for free this whole time ( the team members told her they have been giving it for free) So her answer to me was I can’t warm it up cos you have been getting it for free all those times.

Waited patiently again today. Staff member came out and greeted Bill. He arrived 5 minutes after me. When I suggested the staff may wish to ask who's next. Staff said yeah, okay and continued to serve Bill. Can I suggest you introduce procedures to ensure orders are taken in a timely manner. Youf staff don't care about customer service now.
