My Mates Pizza Glenroy — Restaurant in Melbourne

Will not buy pizza here again, dont waste your money. Pizza's are nothing like they used to be when the big guy & his dad (I think it was) were there, the shop was his passion and it showed in the quality & taste of his Pizza's. Now that other people have taken it over wether it be by buying or by lease or just hired to cook, the quality isn't the same. Cutting cost on quality doesn't build or keep a business going. It was the only pizza shop I would go to. I used to rave about these pizza's but now they are horrible. The garlic pizza is dry but oily, barely any cheese, different pastry its like they are bought frozen & already made. Just rang the shop after ordering an hour ago online. Was told by one of the rudest girls that they haven’t received the order even though my account has been debited the cost . Once she checked she informed that it had just come through. 55 minutes after the confirmation email was received by me . Then I ask how long it may be until I receive the item I have paid for . Varying from customer service to actual food quality and texture, it was an awful experiance.... I am not one for confrontation but i couldnt let the tinned olives to the imitation chicken pass. I called to make a respectful complaint and judjing from tone he was not happy from the instant i brought it up, by the end of the call i was not approached with a soloution nor an apology yet i got toled to "go somewhere else" and to "f*#%k off" and also "thats the way we do it".
