NO MANNER ,NO RESPECT NO INTEGRITY , NO HUMANITY . Very rude and unprofessional . We are having Nando's once week for last years but this branch with their unprofessional manner , rude behavior and their stingy service damaged the name of Nando's in total. They haven't given us the tissue , and when we get back and asked them the napkins ot tissues said you had to ask for it . and gave us two napkins when we had 4 meals .
Also they didn't let us take even one bottle of the Nando's sauces to our table for dine-in there furthermore , at the time they have runned out of their mineral water and we asked a jag of water for kids , they have refused , said : we don't have a jug of water , when I insist that our kids are so young and can not stand the instead they given us two small plastic cups and asked us to fill it up from the nearby restroom .!.. shame on them. I have asked to kindly fill up the cups but they refused and Said:"SORRY ,WE ARE SO BUSY" but they didn't seems busy when they collecting the payment !! I have asked the waitresses in very polite way that I need to talk to the manager/owner , and She came to our table and I brought up the matters to her , she said to us with broken English : "THEY DID WHAT WE HAVE ASKED THEM TO DO THIS IS OUR POLICY ......and That was the time that all of us have been shocked , she didn't even apologize .....I can not imagine that they have ever watched at the civilized society to learn a bit from them Probably owner came from middle of nowhere with a bag of money and want to double it up , in no time. We have left the food on the table and walked away when our kidds were crying because they have scared of load and rude conversation of the owner manager with us..... I hope , if Nando's head quarter is so rush to sale their new franchise branches with a proper training , then at least they make sure , the new buyer has somethings look like a normal human personality manners owner.

I’m vegan and haven’t eaten meat in 8 years and they served me a chicken pita even though I had asked for and been charged for the plant based great pretender protein. Not only was this a careless mistake but the team did not once offer any kind of compensation, we had to convince them to give us a refund which is honestly so unacceptable as this was extremely upsetting to me and I also have an intolerance. I would hope that an issue such as this takes precedence and actions are taken to endure no one else has to go through this. Even when I was given a remake it was passed to me with no apology and see image below for the mess I was given. Ordered one whole chicken and one large sweet potato chips with peri peri salt.
When the order was ready, I checked inside the bag, and discovered that I was given a bag of normal potato chips, not sweet potato chips.
Mentioned this to the girl serving me, and she apologised for entering my order incorrectly into the computer.
She told her colleague about this and her colleague wasn't too happy with her and made a new batch of sweet potato chips.
She took out the normal potato chips and threw it straight in the rubbish bin.
Had to wait for another 3 minutes for the sweet potato chips to be cooked.
Later on, discovered that I was only given a 2/3 full bag of chips (at most). See attached picture.
Maybe the guy who had to prepare a new batch of sweet potato chips thought that I was a difficult customer who tried to change the order after it was made and therefore purposely gave me a 2/3 full bag of sweet...
