We have been eating nandos for years always loving it and unfortunately we decided to eat in at the Williamstown store tonight. We came in for the new Churraso meal. The guy taking our orders seemed to understand what we asked for but when the food came out it was clear that he didn't. The Churrasco burger advertises its comes with 2 tender leggy pieces of chicken. Williamstown last night slopped on 1 cold hard piece of breast on all our burgers and our looked like the burgers were put together by a 5 year old. They were cold, sloppy and falling apart. One of the burgers was not even a Churrasco they gave us a classic burger. When I asked the guy he was good and said he would change it straight away... but when I asked about the burger not having the 2 tender leggy pieces the guy told me it was my fault and I should have requested a protein.. what alot of BS.. he gave me proteins in all 3 burgers just not what was advertised .. he told me it was my fault and i should have asked for a thigh... so I've come home to look at the burger in the menu online and there is NO option to ask for thigh or breast.. they just made it up!!!we got 1 cold thin hard piece of breast as opposed to 2 tender leggy pieces in each burger. what a waste of money on the 3 burgers... worst ever..Williamstown nandos used to be great... not sure what has happened or if we just got bad service and bad food on a bad night..I think we will try another nandos... very disappointing.. and to top things off the scanner would not scan our nandos cards or app so we should have had a significant discount but paid a hefty $142 for sub par below standard...

This is a serious hygiene issue that left me feeling extremely unwell — to the point where I couldn’t continue eating and eventually vomited. What made the situation worse was the reaction from the staff. The girl who was serving me showed no concern or care about the issue when I raised it. Read moreI hadent been to Nando's for a while so I thought I'd pop in and change it up a bit, but after my feed i was a little bit disappointed, the table I was on obviously hadn't been cleaned after the last people that came along there was sauce and bits on salt pepper all over the place. Also while waiting for our food I was watching the staff member at front counter and the one out the back with every chance they got they had there mobile phones in there hand and were tapping away one for a good 5 mins! That dont look to good for customer service dose it?? And I honestly expected better the food wasnt even that great not what Nandos makes it out to be, so I don't think I'll be rushing back for Nandos...
