⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jimmy is a great owner who always makes everyone feel welcome. The lounge has a relaxed vibe, clean environment, and the shisha is always fresh with lots of flavour options. The service is professional, and the hygiene standards are excellent with new mouthpieces every time. Perfect spot to chill with friends, and honestly one of the best in the area. The Owner Jimmy is very rude and creepy. If you bring a couple of girls to this lounge, they will feel very uncomfortable as this creep keeps staring at them. He also re-uses mouthpieces to save money which is disgusting. There are much better options out there such as Middle Mist in Hampton Park or Medusa...

An absolute gem! Nargelem Lounge is hands down one of the best spots I’ve been to in a while. The atmosphere is chilled yet vibrant, the shisha is smooth with so many flavors to choose from, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Perfect place to unwind with friends....
