Disgusting I’m not the only one that gave this place a bad review check the reviews and you will see. Disgusting service by greedy owner bad service go somewhere else to spend your money They serve old chips and cold so don’t believe when they say fresh I had the day before. You are a very rude person there was no smile so stop lying no sauce doesn’t mean customising the order I have every right requesting no sauce. You have no right to tell people how to eat their food. It doesn’t cost you anything to put NO sauce. As you can see the meal was for a elderly disabled lady and you still refuse to serve us. Disgusting attitude to have as a owner with no compassion. Disgusting you want to charge a disable client an extra $2.95 for no sauce?? Proves to everyone you are greedy! It doesn’t cost you any money and less time to give a client chicken with no sauce with your dodge specials! I’m not the only one that gave this place a bad review check the reviews and you will see. My client was sitting down and you the owner was serving and and is responding so stop the lies and try to blame another staff.. you served us 2 days before with disgusting dry rice and cold chips. Today I went to order food around 6pm and the girl serving me didn’t greet me or say hi. I soon realized she was new. After I paid, she made me wait while she grabbed the food for the Uber driver before giving me the buzzer. Like, finish up with me first, then move on to the next please? After waiting for 25 minutes with no sign of the buzzer going off, I thought she might have messed up. I went up to the counter, but no one noticed me as the two girls were chit-chatting in the back. I approached them and asked if my food was ready. The girl at the counter.. clueless like she didn’t just take my order. Finally one of them grabbed the food and gave it to me while glaring at the other one. When I asked why the buzzer hadn’t gone off, she said, and I quote, “She forgot to tell you”. That’s it!? Are you kidding? No apology or explanation just utter incompetence. I usually have no issues with the staff here, but please hire people who can resolve an issue without making the customer even more upset. I’m giving 1 star for the poor customer service and lack of social skills. At the very least, acknowledge when a mistake is made...

A few things to “ improve “ :

Staff firstly without saying Hi, but You’ll need to wait 25-30 minutes for food. Yup we had good experience we will wait.

When we got the food I noticed the tornado potato the person in front of us got was normal size but ours was way small. I visited different nene chicken before, we know what’s the right size. The staff tried to argue and said that was normal size. The person in front of us is staff so he got a bigger one…. (?) I’ll attach a photo so you can have a look. Staff didn’t make any action when I asked the reason, just said sorry about that but they don’t seem sorry. The kitchen staff roll her eyes on me and walk away.

I order snowy cheese chicken skin and got snowy chilli flavoured. I can’t even have chilli so I have to throw it away.

Honestly guys, if you don’t want to serve anyone after 8:30 PM. DO NOT SERVE. Very disrespectful and disgusting behaviour. Shame on you all at Doncaster nene chicken. I will never visit again. At least the food was okay, I mean those ones that...
