Yummy Pho Noble Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

Yet another Sunday after our great badminton games with another family friends. Nice cool weather so we plan for some soupy meals. Did a search and found this Yummy Pho. Is it yummy?

Service & Ambience [4]. We are a group of 8 people and luckily it's past the peak lunch time. The friendly staff combined tables to accommodate us to sit together. The lady was kind to explain the menu and also made recommendation. It isn't a big place so it should be packed quickly during peak period.

Food [4]. So the answer is Yes and phew, they named the place correctly. Why not 5? Well it's our first time and also we have been many Pho restaurants so wanna try out and give our decent rating.

The spring rolls are good but just small. Eat while is hot and wrap with the fresh cabbage. We also love their Pho. Mine is the stir fried flat noodle with seafood. I would prefer the flat noodle thicker and wider, and slightly oily.

Definitely be back again to try other food...

I dont know if its a Vietnamese restaurant or a chinese restaurant some traditional Vietnamese dishes it says its Vietnamese but it isnt it some chinese woo fang thingy had spicey noodle soup kfc has hotter food writting this now ten minutes after eating have horrible stomach cramps I eat chilli everyday never felt like this English is off big time I was struggling to communicate food definitely below par wife wasnt happy ordered duck with spicey salad it was so sweet it was hurting her gums no spice at all the place inside looks really good but the struggle with language wasnt good and the food is some knockoff backyard job was quite expensive aswell but im happy to pay alot for fresh good food this wasn't...

This Vietnamese restaurant has a very clean and tidy shop front and premises as I believe it was newly established. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the ‘thinly sliced beef pho’ and some chicken spring rolls. The pho broth is the clear winner for me, as it's rare to find such a clean broth (not too oily or loaded with MSG). The meat portion was decent and the sides of bean sprouts and fragrant herbs were sufficient, which was also nice.

The service was slightly above standard for this type of restaurant, and I hope it continues this way. I think I may have found my new go-to spot after tennis.
