This is the worst fast-food restaurant, I’ve eaten at in recent years. I’ve tried many Noodle Box locations, but this is by far the worst. The bowl of noodles was mostly soup, with so few noodles that you could practically count them—just a few strands. The soup itself was nothing but a mix of MSG and seasonings, completely lacking in authentic flavor. On top of that, the price was higher than at most proper restaurants.
The owner explained that the small portion size was due to the franchise headquarters' requirements, which is absolute nonsense. I’ve been to many other Noodle Box shops, and they all serve generous portions. This store is a complete scam. Cheating customers is equivalent to digging your own grave. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place—it’s truly appalling.
We stopped here only because it was convenient to park, but we didn’t expect to encounter such a terrible place. There won’t be a second visit. Google requires at least one star, but if I could give a lower...
Read moreTried to call through for my order so I wouldn't have to wait, got asked to hold for 5 minutes. Waited over 5 minutes and no one came back to me. Hung up and tried several times and went straight through to their message bank. Got down to the store and lined up in the queue. Got to the front of line and told them about their phone. Apparently people in store take precedence to people calling through. After I got home with our dinners they were very spicy for being mild. Rang up and told them about being spicy. Told them that their ordering experience between their website, menulog and uber eats was dramatically different. They agreed to remake the order with no chilly. But the reason why I am making this review is because of the girl that answered the phone and said to me about the chilli, who was always right. So it must be the customer that is always wrong. Customer...
Read moreMy deep fried chicken dim sims were still very cold on the inside (inedible). I brought them back to the store and explained to the lady (who looked to be the shift manager. She had long black hair which wasnt tied back neatly and she was working with food) but she told me she had cooked them and looked confused as to why I would say they're not cooked. I acknowledged she had fried them but they were cold on the inside. She just took the bag of dim sims and quite literally "chucked" the steamed dim sims she had there into the deep frier. This is what I got. She simply handed them to me with no words let alone an apology. The steamed/deep fried dim sims were mush on the inside. Overcooked. Would give zero...
