I Always get the fish pack. It's okay, the dim sim was good. Potato cakes are nice, they have a slight sweetness to the batter.

The whole box is kinda small for what you pay for, when I hold it in my hand to the car I can't help but think "that's it?". How i feel like: they used to be bigger, now they're smaller and the price goes up over time. Depressing times

Most of the chips are never really that crispy. Once you've eaten a bit of the meal, the chips that aren't absolutely fried to a crisp, those ones just become doughy and dry - about the level of supermarket fries honestly. Even when you ask for extra crispy, Im not sure they listen to you, because I ask for chicken salt at the counter they say yes and nod but at the end when they pack it I have to ask again.

Overall the fish pack is just kinda mid, I was more satisfied with the fried chicken and chips from next door, more value for similar prices.

However, +1 to this store for their cleaner presentation and customer service, they're very nice. Haven't tried anything else on the menu. I guess I'd come here every once in awhile just for old times sake but...

This is a message to anyone who reads it. If you like your burgers or steak sandwiches toasted , this is not the shop to go to. Four times I have requested they toast my burger or stake sandwich properly and with great dissapointment they have not delivered my request and instead produced a product that was not only a soggy pile of mess that fell apart my my hands, which not only ruined my appetite but also put me off buying from them again. Please take warning from me, when I caution you from not to order these products. Take care and please share this...

I brought a piece of grilled whiting beautifully cooked and 1 piece of flake lovely and fresh , lightly battered. Ordered 4 potato cakes got 6. Rang up and placed order they said will be ready in 10minutes as I arrived the order was ready. Good value for money and the shop is very clean. Excellent customer service and very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them. I went again on the 09/03/ 23 still fantastic customer service and value for money. Staff warm and friendly and very cheerful.. Great fish and chips highly...
